What a wonderful friendly lady Chloe is and very compassionate and understanding when you speak to her. She has been really helpful and gone far beyond too to help me with my neighbours sad passing Pearl Jukes. She always maintained she had no next of kin and so many have been found . We are very grateful to you and the team that have helped and have made it much easier for us to cope with everything. You deserve a 5 star and are an asset to your company . Rachel dealt with our case regarding my mothers estate a few years ago and subsequently my sisters inheritance recently which was quite complex. Rachel was very sympathetic to the situation and was professional at all times. She was very easy to contact and her communication re the case was excellent.

DIABOLICAL. Having been assured by the second director of the company that I have spoken to, that all possible claimants had been located, that Anglia had all the finances sorted, that the inheritances due would be with the claimants by the end of January and definitely by February 2025 NOTHING has been forthcoming. There have been no efforts to contact us and no payments have been made. My advice would be don’t believe anything you are told from this company.

When you contacted me with the sad news of my brother Deans passing was indeed a terrible shock but you was compassionate with every word you spoke especially when I asked you how his husband Mike was only for you to have to tell me that he too had passed shortly before Dean . A very efficient and friendly company who have done me proud

Alex at Anglia research couldn't have been more helpful to sending me a stamped addressed envelope when Worthington clark had forgot. He also helped me with any questions and explained everything very well helping me fill out forms and e mailing copies of documents .

My mother would sometimes mention a 'Mena'. I am now 87 and that was the almost the sum of my knowledge of the lady. (My son, seconded to Zimbabwe in his early 20s had visited her there but remembered very little.)

Out of the blue Anglia Research Services contacted me as a possible benefirciary to the estate of a 'Filo mena' who had died intestate. I must say I thought it was a scam so I nearly binned their enquiry.

However, Filomena was a niece of my maternal grandfather who died in 1944. ARS were brisk and efficient my recent fortnight's holiday was very largely paid for by the funds they sent me.

I would leave a zero if I could. They contacted my elderly mother about a claim in Jan 2024. To date she has heard nothing from them and I mean nothing. No letter, no phone call no email. I contacted them a year in and it was like pulling teeth. They do not keep any body in the loop. Do not use.

Receiving the call from Eileen Lavelle last summer regarding the passing of a family member was a complete shock and initially I was quite sceptical. However there was no need for my concern as Eileen showed extreme professionalism, efficiency and empathy at all stages of the process. Emma Hinds from Wolsey Probate, was also extremely efficient and understanding. I received my cheque last week and I would like to thank both Eileen and Emma for all their efforts.

I was contacted by various genealogical companies regarding an unclaimed estate, but Lisa Hill from Anglia Research was the only one who had investigated our family tree in depth and correctly. She was also so much more sympathetic and understanding of our very difficult family situation than the other companies. Lisa went above and beyond to help us, and I cannot thank her enough.

Phoned them up, as I was looking into unclaimed estates for myself. Told them my situation and ended up not being suitable for then but was given great advice.
