Beware when you place an online order
Beware when you place an online order. My order was placed on 11/16 and never shipped. It has been nearly a month with probably 2 hour of effort on my part to get it resolved. As of today no one will tell me when my order should arrive and they refuse to refund my money. BAD BUSINESS Ann Taylor!! You went from one of my favorite on line stores to one that is completely off my list!
Get rid of Pitney Bowes---Incompetence!
The ordering process seemed to go well. Unfortunately, AT contracts with Pitney Bowes for delivery. I received an email from AT that my package was sent on 12/1. That was not true. The USPS indicates that they have not received the package so it can be shipped. AT believes the package should have been received yesterday but that is not true as well. Ditch Pitney Bowes.
My order was canceled
My order was canceled, and I received an email that the item was no longer available. I checked the website and the item was still available at 3 times the cost I paid. So, I contacted customer service. Tianna was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. First and last time shopping at this website and store.
Own up your mistake Ann Taylor
My order was cancelled after cyber Monday stating the reason that the item was no longer available.
When i checked item was available online and in store.
I called customer care who said there was a IT glitch due to which combined coupons were allowed to be used on my order.
I wasted my hour for ordering and then another hour after customer care as it was a gift. I was better off to shop at other brands during the competitive weekend of black Friday and cyber Monday but lost the opportunity to shop else where and find a better deal due to such practices used at Ann Taylor
Big brand like Ann Taylor should own up the mistake and have clear reason stating why the order was cancelled, or else honor the order rather than blaming customers to use wrong coupons.
Favorite place for petite clothes
I have shopped Ann Taylor for many years and it is still my go-to place for petite and business clothing. With the COVID situation, I have done mostly online shopping. I had a couple of hiccups with their website, but overall, I've never encountered any major issues with purchases or returns. Praying they stay in business because I wouldn't know where else to shop for petite clothes that fit my frame.

Ann Taylor just LOST a 30 year loyal client... they refused to fix an overcharge on my bill which resulted in $61.10 late fees for a $10.32 charge. Really!! AT does NOT value its customers. Strict âone time late fee reversal every 18 moâ.... even when itâs their fault. Not a smart business move AT.... especially during these times. You got $61.10 but lost thousands of dollars of future business.
Horrible Customer Service online, on the phone and in the store!
The customer service online, on the phone and in the store is horrible. I went to my local Ann Taylor Loft in Peachtree Corners, GA and the lady in the store told me that if she gave me my lost item I ordered online that she would be giving it to me for free? What? I paid for the item when I ordered it online, how is that free haha. I've call and emailed Ann Taylor Loft about my missing order and have received no response. I've now taken this up with Paypal in hopes of getting my money back. In addition to the horrible customer service they are requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'm not sick. I don't have a problem with people having the freedom to chose to wear a mask, but you won't force me to wear a mask. If people are really that scared, then stay home!

Ann Taylor's customer service is horrible! I've been a customer of Ann Taylor and Loft for years. I placed 2 orders on line. I returned 1 dress from the first order and 1 dress from the second order. I have yet to receive a refund. I was on hold over 50 minutes. I text to customer service and wrote an email on line to customer service. They text me the wrong information and before I could say anything they said, "bye." Ugh! I will never order on-line and I am contemplating buying any of their items.
Terrible customer service and shipping
Terrible customer service and shipping policy. I ordered clothing on June 3rd and by June 21st the items were STILL processing. I had an expected delivery date for June 24th which seemed a bit late but I figured it would arrive before I needed to move out of my current location. Well here we are on June 22nd and the three items are still processing with no update on the expected delivery date. I tried contacting customer service and was told I could not update my address nor cancel the items, even though they have YET TO BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED IN THREE WEEKS!!! How ridiculous. For the price of their products, you would think they want to make good relationships with the customers but I see no effort of them doing this. Will never shop from Ann Taylor again.
The WORST customer service dept I have ever encountered
I have been trying to get in touch with ANY customer service rep for more than eight [8] days in regards to a return order I sent back. I purchased these items for my wife's birthday. The return was received by Ann Taylor over a week ago and I still have not gotten the credit nor have I been able to get a customer service rep to help me with it. I have called and been placed on hold for over two and a half hours on at least 4 occasions. I have tried sending messages to the number they gave me, and still no answer, I contacted the credit division and still no answer. It is obvious that once they get your money they don't care. I will never, ever make a purchase from them again. It is really sad to see how they don't give a crap about the consumer

Ann Taylor used to be my go-to shop. Not any more. Have you seen the hideous outfits they have out now? It used to be classic, beachy, rich... now it's just schloppy. Get back your old designers... the new ones must hate females.

Placed an order for $422.53 - received someone else's order of $115.20. Contacted customer service (yeah right) multiple times and crickets. They have my money and I have no product. I do not recommend this company.
I purchased 7 items online
I purchased 7 items online. One item came first. The second package came with 6 items on the packing list, but one is missing, the most expensive one! I tried to call customer service, waited an hour, gave up. Its website says to "text" to 800-342-5266 to get quick response. I did, it responded that "We'll review and get back to you shortly." It has been two days.
Horrible Customer Service
I was excited to shop for the first time at a loft store. They had a great sale. My size was not available in the store and the associate informed me that they could ship it to my home if they had it available in their warehouse. We looked and they did. I agreed to the purchase. Once o got home I read the receipt that was emailed to me and discovered it would take 3 weeks before I would receive my purchase. Not acceptable. I have made several attempts to contact Ann Taylor/Loft and I have been unsuccessful. I continue to spend hours on the phone waiting for someone to connect to, it is a constant hold with elevator music. I have tried the text service they offer, it is sub par. The answers appear generated by a computer. My questions are not answered and their is no opportunity to have follow up questions to understand fully what is being communicated in the text. I will never buy from this store unless they have my size in the store. Poor customer service responsiveness.
After reading the reviews, I have decided, this will be my first and last time. If they donât care about customer service, I donât care to spend my money there.
Terrible customer service!
I received email on Memorial Day for 70% off full priced item and 60% off additional, placed order for these pants and was so excited they were available! Next day I get email that they are no longer available and order is canceled, so upset!! Get another email today for 65% off so thought I would try again, item shows available only a few days after being told it wasnât, try to order with same code and it now states item is not eligible! Are you kidding me, is this what I get from Ann Taylor after being a customer for years? Shame on you, it is obvious what you are doing!!

I have always loved Ann Taylor Loft
I have always loved Ann Taylor Loft, but lately I have been quite frustrated. I am a member of there rewards program. I shop mostly online because the things that I like are rarely ever at the store. My online rewards program is not in sync with the in-store program, and I never get points for the things that I purchase online. I have called customer service 3 times to try and fix this problem but it never gets fixed. When I sign in to my online account to try and fix it myself the system wonât let me, and I am tired of trying. When I shop elsewhere I accumulate points so much faster and easier. They should go back to sending there reward certificates through the mail.
Returns are rarely processed
I usually like Ann Taylor and Loft for quick and easy attire. However, returning online items is a bit of a sham. Three times in 2019, the company took over two months to process my return. Customer service was singularly unhelpful and basically feels like a shakedown.

On line customer service is the worst i have ever encountered and i buy a fair amount of items on line. Based on this experience not only will i never order on line from Ann Taylor again, but will never shop in their stores. I placed an order in mid-June. Delivery was supposed to be before June 25th. I have emailed them 5 times and initially i received a response saying they were working on it. I kept checking back but no responses. Finally, i just went on line to "chat" with a representative who was singularly very unhelpful. Turns out it take 10 business days before they can even "process" the request.
Even the chatting took forever as i had to ask several times if the person was even there. That is it for me and Ann Taylor!

Love Ann Taylor and Loft, but the customer service online is awful as of late. They seriously act as if they donât care and are very condescending. I had a simple question about a product I had ordered that was taking a little longer than normal to ship, and I was given a lecture about how itâs within the normal shipping time and there is no way ever to tell when a product was going to ship. I explained that I knew that it was within the time frame, but was just curious on when it may ship. I wasnât even complaining and the customer service rep was immediately defensive. Sheesh. Calm down.
