I havee been keeping fish for around 22 years,and have never had a fish die within a week,and I always test my water before bringing in new fish.
I needed some new fish and I was working in Breiley Hill so I purchased four Aldolfie corys plus three preciox Rainbows.
Unfortunatly ine cory died 6days later and so I informed fish cave in which I thought they would replace it,but no there policy is 24hrs which consumer law ober ride and states that any purchase is 30 days of purchase.

Well pleased with my order, despatched promptly and exactly as described. One downside was the courier service used, DPD. They failed to deliver due to driver's negligence to find the address or ring me, causing me both time and inconvenience in getting the parcel. I do hope others done face this courier incompetent service as it could reflect badly on Aquatics, which would be a real shame. They provide a good service by the quick way they respond to issues such as this.

Hopeless
Hopeless. Ordered a pond pump, and received no communication whatsoever for a week. Emailed to query, only to be told they had emailed me to see if I was ok to wait for stock from the manufacturer. (They hadn't emailed, all folders checked including junk)
Told it could be up to 10 days for the order to arrive which I ok'ed. A month later, no communication, no sign of the order. Took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get hold of anyone who assured me a call back, which didn't come. Now 10 weeks since the order, further emails and PayPal messages, still no communication and I'm trying to recover my £200 via PayPal which they took from my account in January.
Worst customer service I've encountered online in years. Avoid them at all costs.
(Updated - refunded via PayPal on 8th April - at which point I still hadn't received any communication from the company. Glad I used a protected payment method)

Disgusting level of customer service, I complained about one of their products and received nothing but abuse and them blaming everyone else - avoid if you value your pets heslth

First time dealing with this company, very impressed with the web-site. Spoke to them on the phone, very helpful and easy to deal with. Placed an order and very simple transaction. The fish arrived exactly when I was advised, well packed and carefully handed to me by the courier. I now have 15 healthy happy fish exploring my new pond. Got in touch with them about when my order would be sent. They said they waiting for something to be delivered from manufacturers and then order would be sent. Ordered over a week ago and still not received anything. Very unprofessional will definitely NOT be using this company again!
Efficient and responsive service
I've used Aquatics online for years now and continue to find them helpful and responsive. This time a part I wanted was not in stock and they let me know quickly. They also found out if it was still available and sadly it is not but this is not Aquatics online's fault. So I would recommend them without reservation.

No show
Ordered a new impeller for my eheim professional 2 external on 19th of August. It is now the 27th of August as I type. I have lost 3 fish as I haven`t replaced the impeller yet. I honestly expected it to be here within 2 working days as I paid £5 for delivery and we all know it doesn`t cost that much to post a small item anyway. This was my first order from them as well! So that`s 100% Failure strike rate! Use at your own peril!

Really good. Ordered replacement valves for my Tetra EX600 which were delivered very quickly and securely packaged. I was so impressed I immediately ordered inlet and outlet assemblies, which I had been lazily thinking about for some time but never got round to it. Recommended.
