Poor service order placed 21 feb, nothing received to date

Had a old Ehime filter I was going to throw out as I dropped and smashed the impeller
Done a search and found this web site and now have renewed the impeller and all the seals so have a good spare if needed

I ordered two lighting tubes, something you always worry about when they are in the post. These arrived within two days were very securely packed in a very hard card tube.Impressed!!

Ordered from Aquatics Online as prices were very reasonable and all items were showing in stock.

Ordered on the Sunday and had confirmation of the order, expecting despatch Mon or Tues at latest.

Heard nothing by Wednesday so dropped an email asking for an update. Had no reply, or any other update on the order so chased again Thursday. Got a reply to the second email which advised they had been waiting for something to come in (despite everything showing as in stock when I placed the order) and it had been sent out.

Package arrived on the Saturday, with the wrong name on the package (despite correct name being on order, and the enclosed invoice). As we weren't in to receive the parcel, had to pick up from the post office who were thankfully understanding of the name issue and let us have the parcel.

Goods absolutely fine, but on the basis of time taken to deliver (for over £5 postage) and lack of proactive communication, won't be using Aquatics Online again.

I Purchased A Reef Max 60 Aquael Cabinet Only, To Match My Reef Max 60 Aquarium, I Ordered The Cabinet Stated (Black) In The Description, But Upon Arrival The Cabinet Is Not Black, But Charcoal Grey, Not Sure If This Is The Correct Colour Cabinet, But Im Willing To Keep The Product As It Doesnt Look To Bad In All Honesty, Speedy Delivery, Fast Reply Through Email, Very Helpfull And Friendly Customer Service, Would Recommend To Anyone, Will Be Purchasing In The Future Without Hesitation 😃
