I had a fantastic experience with Arena Cars. Tony was brilliant to deal with from start to finish — extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with it. I’ll definitely be using Arena Cars again when I’m ready to change cars in the future.

2nd time using Arena and Tony, this time for selling a car when previously I purchased through them. Everything was simple and easy with no stresses whatsoever! He even gave me a lift home afterwards! Excellent. 👌

I accompanied my friend to collect her BMW X3 from Arena Cars, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the service we received from Tony was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, Tony was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. We had travelled quite a distance to collect the car, so naturally we had a few questions and concerns, but Tony took the time to answer everything thoroughly and completely put our minds at ease.

Arena Cars is a family-run business, managed by mother and son, and it really shows. They take great pride in what they do, operate with professionalism, and provide the kind of personal customer service that’s becoming increasingly rare.

We left feeling extremely satisfied with both the vehicle and the outstanding level of care and support we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arena Cars to anyone looking for a quality car and an honest, stress-free buying experience. I sold Tony today my Mercedes c class and I have to say the service was exceptional from start to finish. He offered me more than I had been offered from other garages. Tony transferred straightaway and I left happy with the service provided. I highly recommend arena cars as a business and would advise anyone looking to buy or sell a second hand vehicle to give these guys a try first.

I have purchased a few cars from them over the past 20 years and have been treated so professionally (even when the spending budget was modest) with every purchase.
They truly go above and beyond to help with the car purchasing to go as smoothly as possible.
After care service is also second to none.

Where do I start ? This company has made a pure fool of myself and my husband , till now we are £600 out of pocket and they are still holding almost another £300 of our money, total lies from them and past from pillar to post , please be aware of this company and do not trust or believe them, I will put full details of this disgraceful company and what happened when I receive money’s owed I am too scared incase they don’t pay as they don’t want a bad review , truth and facts to follow PLEASE DONT PART WITH YOUR CASH OR TRUST THEM

I have dealt with Arena Cars over the last five odd years and I have to say Tony has been exceptional in his professionalism, honesty, extentive knowleade & customer care. He bought an E Class Mercedes from me with the smoothest of sales. More importantly, I have called him for advise many times when I've bought other cars , where there has been nothing in it for him, but he has always been open, impartial and willing to help

Tony was so helpful and informative about the car I was interested in. A smooth and professional service, highly recommend.

Purchased a car from this company within 6 months I kept getting a flat tyre eventually took it to a garage for repair and was told both back wheels were previously welded, this unfortunately weakened the wheels structure and a crack next to the previous weld appeared causing the continuous flat tyre, this wasn’t disclosed at any point I then took the car to Mercedes it also emerged that the 2 front tyres were normal tyres but the back tyres were run flats this also wasn’t disclosed. I fully expect a 9 year old to have issues but had the company inspected the vehicle like it stated on its website this information would have been disclosed I then could have chosen a different vehicle. As I paid by credit card I was protected by section 75, Tony offered to replace the 2 wheels and tyres but since speaking to credit card company they stated I must allow him to resolve, however the company are now not responding to my requests to honour what they originally offered. I would advise other potential buyers to inspect fully before purchasing and not believe the website that all cars are fully inspected as this is clearly not true. I now have a car that since September is not drivable my kids and elderly mother rely on me to drive them around so this situation has had a major impact on all of us. Unfortunately used car salesmen don’t consider the impact a undisclosed issue can create. So my advice be extremely cautious.
The response from the seller is exactly as expected he declines to comment on why he failed disclosed the full condition of the car. He never wanted to help as if that was the case he would have honoured his offer. From reading other reviews from customers he’s a great guy until there’s a problem. I have reported to the financial ombudsman as they are unbiased unlike the credit card company, but I’m sure as time goes karma will work its magic.

We were met by Tony, who showed us the car we wanted. He had ensured the car had been serviced, MOT’d and valeted.
The customer service was excellent.
I’ll happily return there for another vehicle.
