I've been wearing Ariat boots for about 20 years now.
I build apartment complexes for a living, so I work in an extremely harsh environment.
I don't always oil my boots like I should and they still last for many years.
Comfortable enough to wear right out of the box and on to the job site.
Like a really bad ass pair of crocs.

Most everything from Ariat is top-of-the-line. I have had made-to-measure botts that fit less well than Ariat's Kendall.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. Very unorganized. I called 4 separate times each time they came up with a “solution” and each time it was not followed through on. Still haven’t received any follow up. All started because the sole in the work boot wore out within 4 months. UPDATE* they responded to this with false information. I did not receive a solution yesterday the lady on the phone said she would talk to management and call me back by end of day yesterday or first thing this morning. I never received the call. Which means I will have to be calling in a 5th time. Each time gets more and more frustrating. I will be very hesitant about doing business with Ariat in the future.

Great experience with Ariat
I had a great experience with Ariat. The entire process—from ordering to delivery—was smooth and well-managed.
The FR shirts are excellent in quality, very comfortable, and clearly built for durability and daily work use. The fit and overall feel meet expectations for professional-grade FR clothing.
What stood out most was the customer service—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s clear that Ariat values its customers and stands behind its products.

ARIAT have had a shirt I returned the…
ARIAT have had a shirt I returned the same day ,it was delivered to myself , I returned it on the 10/3/26 and it is now the 25/3/26 and I am still awaiting my refund, even though I paid for two shirts and returned one that was too large, they have not replied to phone calls or emails and people need to be aware of the arrogance this company use in their shabby approach to customer support . They were extra speedy to take my money but certainly snail like in refunding ,consumers need to avoid companies such as these I certainly wont purchase from them again which I had intentions of previously . But customers be warned VERY POOR AFTER SERVICES

Not Trustworty
In short, multiple shipping delays on items that were supposed to be in stock. And their refund/exchange policy is not what was presented to me when I made an exchange. I like their clothing and boots for the most part, but I will never do business on their website again.

Ariat has a well tuned customer management experience.
They are above and beyond and if you allow them to they just may exceed your expectation, especially if you have tried other shoe retailers.
My advice? Find a retail store in their distribution network of store. Go on the ariat.com web page and find one and go try them on!
Then you can order with confidence and assurance of the best selection and delivery service is and was and has been flawless.

I have purchased 2 pairs of Ariat…
I have purchased 2 pairs of Ariat footwear. One pair of cowgirl boots and a pair of sneaker style shoes. I usually only but Skecher products. But now I have 2 options. Ariat footwear are very comfortable.

A great boot for an amputee.
I am an above the knee amputee. I would highly recommend the Primetime EZ zip boot for anyone who want to wear REAL boots, especially if they wear any lower extremity prosthetic equipment. This boot is also a plus if you have a high arch. The boot was packaged as if it were delivered directly off the assembly line. The delivery arrived before noon on the day of delivery, by FedEx. I received confirmation during shipping and the minute it had arrived. Thank you and I appreciate the entire experience from the search to the delivery.
