Crosswords why can’t the letter stay in the cell I want it? I keep losing points because it goes somewhere else. Or wasting time trying to get it where I want it. Can’t the instructions explain more . Why is there two time numbers, what the hearts mean , 3/3 mean near play mean , make it clear you can walk on Who wants to be a Million . Instructions don’t say upper right corner to quit. Stay with the Daily Crosswordling. You can go backwards in the calendar to do more puzzles. Up to May 2025 .

I am disabled and rely on computer…
I am disabled and rely on computer games to get through the otherwise long days. Arkadium has a huge list of games for me to choose from and they always function properly. If I ever have a question or problem the staff is reachable, friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to have this fine company available to me!

Great games
Great games! I like several of the games. The one I had a question about was the Texas Hold em. I'd be playing the game and the game would pause to go for a commercial break. That's fine but for me the game would not come back. I wrote asking why this happened? i got a quick response asking what extensions I was using on my computer. I'm using Ublock which blocks the game from restarting. My question was answered quickly and kindly. Thank you so much.

This isn't the first problem I've had and Arkadium has been right there solving things for me in a quick and friendly manner. It's nice having them helping, even though I got sick during the time they were helping and didn't get back to them about whether or not the problem was solved. They're great! :)

Problems with the Word-wipe game!
Every time that I have had a problem with one of their games they have helped me out! They have always been willing and helpfull to get to the root of the problem!!
And usually the problem is solved!! Great Stuff Arkadium!! Just keep doing what you are doing so well!!

Arkadium actually called me to solve my problem!
I'd been having trouble signing in for over 3 months. They'd been writing me and I wrote back until finally a gentlemen actually called me and we were able to get the problem fixed this morning. He was polite, friendly and professional. Thank you.

Texas Holdem is a cheater game…
Texas Holdem is a cheater game programmed to assist the computer players. More likely than not when a computer players is down to last chip, the player wins some on the hand. Furthermore, after 1st few hands, 3 of a kind are more numerous than statistically probable with full houses on most.

Game support
I regularly play 'brain games' on the AARP website. Once in a while my 'progress' is not logged (even though I played the game). Well it is the cache that needs to be 'cleared'. Thanks to a prompt response from Rodrigo, one of the support team members with Arkadium, I was able to resolve this issue. He also provided me with future recommendation and he had follow-up. That indeed is a rarity in today's world. thanks!

There was a glitch with one of the crossword puzzles. I wrote them about it and they got it fixed.
I can work on the puzzle again.
I don't remember the date, so i have to make a wild guess.
