I Can't start my day without my crossword puzzle and when it didn't work, I contacted Arkadium. They fixed it on Thanksgiving. That's service!

I have been playing Arkadium games for several years.

I have been playing Arkadium games for several years. I have enjoyed the experience tremendously. I have contacted them twice: once to add an off-the-clock option (for us slow reflex seniors), and once to fix an ad overlay issue. Both times, Arkadium has responded quickly and favorably. They have also been friendly and courteous in all their communications.

They always completely understand and swiftly react to any problems you may encounter with kindness and care. I have always found this to be the case during the 5 years I have been using and playing their games.
I am a 75 year old lady who really appreciates this kind of customer service.

Enjoy playing the games

Enjoy playing the games. Don’t mind the ads on free version, apart from the recent Hush fashion advert which flashed regularly in the top of the game screen. Reported it to Google to no avail re possible medical issues. Certainly will not be buying anything from Hush after being bombarded by an eye test for a month.

The programmers have made this game so…

The programmers have made this game so difficult that it is not fun anymore. They added all these "Glass" bubble at every level and it chews up what ever shots you have remaining. You might as well just shoot all your ammo in the first or second level since you'll never get anywhere the way it's designed.

Comments section has gone

A sad decline from an enjoyable site to a 'new improved' version that has too many bugs in the games. Continual release of new games while neglecting the existing games that I enjoy playing. Some game bugs have been there for many months. I am tired of being referred to support. They try to help but it is the Developers who have to fix the issues. I am sick of working my way through many levels of a game I enjoy to suddenly find my progress has been wiped and I am back at the start. Now suddenly, the comments section for each game has disappeared!! Why? Arkadium doesn't want us to complain where other players can read it? Having a polite but powerless support person respond to complaints is not very useful. I'll keep playing the games that work okay, there are some, until my year long subscription expires. Very disappointed.

new silly season layout is hopeless

new silly season layout is hopeless. Same old games so why bother. Site constantly freezes and you have to go back to main title and chase the game you want down the list. The game never follows on it just keeps trying to reload.

Constant freeze ups throughout site

Constant freeze ups or the browser simply closes. This is playing the so-called free games and probably doesn’t happen with the paid subscription. There are no issues with other game websites on the same device. No fun, just frustration.

Horrible

Horrible. Freezes a lot, and when it’s not freezing, it is mind-boggingly slow and jerky. One good thing: I want to cut down on my online game playing, and Arkadium’s performance is so poor, I’m finding it easier to cut way down (not easy because I loved bubble shooter!).

I had an issue with a certain game so I contacted support. In less then 24 hours they contacted me back. They were very friendly, professional and didn't give up on me. They work well with me and stayed in contact with me every single day. They did a great job fixing my problem. I will most diffidently be playing on this Arkadium game site for years.
