Complained about the quality of a paint which was expensive, met with a ‘we don’t accept returns on used items’.
No attempt to help or show any signs of customer service.

I ordered a gift for a grandchild and completed the online order with her delivery address. {I even put in my son's phone number] The package was delivered to me. Not a problem, as mistakes happen occasionally but to be told categorically that I was mistaken if I thought i had input her address was extremely annoying. I now have to pay a second lot of postage to send the parcel on. I am positive I input the address because the first time I tried to place my order it would not allow this so I started the transaction again. It is possible that there is a software glitch with Simply pay and Art discount website but this was denied on the grounds that I was "mistaken". [lying] Never buy from Granthms again.

In December I was working on a little project for work and ran into some issues. A phone call to Stephen at art discount (granthams) soon had things back on track. Both Stephen and Gareth were amazing and worked with me to find the right product for the task.
Their help meant that one little boy opened a bespoke and one-off gift that he was totally thrilled with.
Helpful, informative and amazing service, I will be buying all my art/print supplies from them, going forward.

I have only made two orders so far, but both have been with excellent service, even called me to check about my paint, and explain some were out of stock.
Not had a problem with the paints, and they also emailed me back by a lady called Sue was very helpful. Would totally recommend.

I had a problem with the ordering process which was due to my confusion and phoned the customer care who were very nice and patient with me and they couldn’t be more helpful.
The Sherwood H frame Easel is sturdy, considering the excellent budget price. The only thing I can criticise it for, is that the bolts and screws etc. were in one bag so I had to figure out where they went despite the instruction page which could have been better. The overall quality is very good for the budget price. I would definitely recommend this easel.

I was looking forward to getting paint that I ordered from this site but the excitement was short lived as I realised they use Fedex to ship their products.

I have been told there have been multiple Delivery attempts which isn’t true so now my order is nearly a week late. There is always a problem when Fedex are involved, I have no faith in this site or plans to Shop here again and it probably explains why they offer such a discounted price.

I have been dealing with ArtDiscount for some time now and I have yet to find a company who can compete on prices and range of goods! I mostly buy my paints from them, W&N Galeria Acrylics and have found the quality is consistent; the prices are good and delivery is par for the course! My only query is: are they going over the top on packaging? Some time ago I ordered 6 tubes of Galeria acrylics and they arrived in two slim boxes, each of which held three tubes, and each box was in a Jiffy bag - perfectly adequate and went through our letter box!! Last week I ordered the same and today the postman rang our door bell and gave us this box which, when unwrapped, yielded two small boxes each containing 3 tubes and the outer box was so big I couldn't believe that 80% of it was fresh air and packaging!!! I can appreciate the time and trouble that ArtDiscount go to in order to ensure that whatever is ordered arrives in perfect condition but tubes of paint can be despatched in much smaller packaging thus saving ArtDiscount money - tubes of paint are not as fragile as some of the products that AD sell but, none the less, I have to praise their attention to secure packaging!!

I've been ordering from Artdiscount.co.uk for over a year now I think and I'm satisfied with the service so far.

Delivery comes on time. The packaging is fairly strong but in my opinion it could be more eco friendly.

I love the discounts and deals on the high end products.

I haven't tried their own brand myself, however, I do order those for my preschooler as they are very affordable.

I absolutely love the clearance section. I buy products like ex displays or slightly damaged goods (not even noticeable) for half the price sometimes. I care for the environment so the fact that they don't just discard these items is amazing.

I ordered a box of Windsor & Newton canvases and got a phone call saying that they were out of stock; I was told that they could offer me a box of Art Discount canvases instead, of the same size and quality. When they arrived I opened one and found that the edges are slightly out - some measure .1 over, some .2 and some were correct - which creates a 'wonky' canvas. I was told that this would not be considered faulty, as they allow a slight variation. The overall texture and quality of the canvas IS NOT the same as the W&N and the cut and stapling is very basic. The pegs also are far too wide to fit in the slots at the back. I was told that I could have the correct sized pegs delivered. I was also told that I could return the canvases and have a refund IF they decided that they were faulty. I'm not taking my chances on that as the telephone responder seemed to be trying to persuade me that there was nothing wrong with them. If they were for personal, hobby use that may be so, but I would not be able to sell these for commissions, as intended. I'm very disappointed overall and will not be using Art Discount again.

Excellent customer care. I ordered some canvas boards and noticed that there appeared to be a delay in dispatching them. I called the customer services team who advised they would be dispatched that day or the following. The goods arrived by courier the following day. Goods were in excellent condition. Would definitely purchase from Artdiscount again.

Good UX experience, UI could be a bit better. Great value. No frills packaging but arrived safely. The product quality is good so far. I will come back.

I would not shop here as long as they use Fedex as a delivery company. Been waiting for 2 months for my items, have not able to deliver it properly and they don't understand instructions. Just very tired of waiting and taking all their lies.

I was a tad skeptical based on some reviews regarding customer service and shipping errors, but decided to give them a try for myself. I found customer service to be very prompt (email reply within an hour or two), shipping details were updated and relayed via email and text and my products arrived in good time (4 days from order to delivery). overall I would, and will, definitely use again and I think I have found my new art supplier

I have been using art discount for over 12 years and is my 'go-to' supplier for all things arty.
Fantastic company with fantastic prices, a pleasure to deal with and very helpful if I have any questions.

I never usually leave reviews for anything but with the customer service I received I couldn’t not! I realised my parcel hadn’t been shipped after almost a week so I emailed to ask why, very soon after I received a call from customer service saying the main item from my order was out of stock, which I was gutted about as I really needed the items for a uni project, the guy on the phone was so nice and helpful, he managed to sort some things out for me and I got my order a few days later! Haven’t had such a good experience with a company like that before, it was all a very pleasant exchange and I didn’t even need to complain to get help. Their prices are also some of the best I’ve seen from an art shop. Will definitely be ordering from here next time I need supplies for my work.

I have placed several orders with ArtDiscount and have found them to be one of the best art suppliers out there. Excellent prices and fantastic customer service. Always a wonderful selection of products and always delivered on time and well packaged.

I ordered a Christmas gift and it arrived super quickly. I had a minor problem but the customer service was outstanding, the problem was resolved, I received a new product within 48 hours and I even got to keep the original item. Good prices and service, I would use them again and recommend. Thank you :)

Courier lost my parcel and delivered it to wrong address in wrong county. I have now been waiting two weeks and I still have no information when I might possibly get it. Customer services is not helpful at all, they are just blaming Fedex, who is doing nothing to rectify the issue.

If your parcel is lost, customer service leaves you alone instead of for example promptly resending your parcel. Avoid this company, would rate it 0/5 if that would be possible.
