We placed our order for our 6 seater hottub and due to personal circumstances we could not have it delivered on time the Doncaster shop staff were very helpful and offered to store it until we were ready free of charge.

The delivery and installation were done very quickly and we are very impressed with how straight forward everything went.
We are now all set up and we absolutely love it. We spend lots of time as a family, we are so pleased we made the purchase

Relaxing Spa Experience
Our Artesian Spa was well worth the COVID 19 wait, the quality of service from start to finish was 1st class many thanks to Shaun Nolan. The installation was straight forward and instructions for use was knowledgeable. It’s a great asset to our family for fun or relaxing quality time.

Our Artesian Spa was well worth the COVID wait, the quality is exceptional and the installation and guidance first class. Its a real privilege to be able to relax and enjoy the benefits of a Spa in our own garden, I don't know how we ever managed without one!

I just want to thank you all for the fabulous service we have received whilst purchasing our hot tub. From start to finish Sean, Sarah and Gareth were fabulous, and also the chap who came to install but I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. From the initial purchase to payment, delivery and installation all emails etc were answered immediately even during lockdown. This is the second hot tub we’ve bought from them and would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Thankyou to you all.

Sean provided a superb service during lockdown as we asked many questions over the product range. He was patient and knowledgeable.

We purchased our hot tub in April during lockdown through phone calls and emails the sales advisor was 100% helpful from start to finish and very patient with us as it was hard to decide what to purchase without seeing it, it took 13 weeks to arrive from Las Vegas, the wait was so worth it and the choice, we have used it every single day, 5***** to all staff, I would highly recommend Artesian Spas UK to anyone

Brilliant customer service with Sean very helpful and informative. Quick delivery time in the peak of summer. When we had a problem the responded the same day and sent someone out the day after and fixed the problem.

Bought a hot tub 2.5 years ago , thought I would buy from a respectable company so I would recieve a quality product with quality customer service .. I was wrong !! The warranty is one sided !! Last year the hot tub kept fusing out which then cut electricity to the main house ( not great when your house alarm goes off at 3.00am !) however although the part was in warranty the call out cost still stood . Recently the lights on the hot tub have stopped working... talked to the dealership in doncaster and yes it’s out of warranty and yes £90 call out plus the parts req !!! ( the service guy I talked to in the shop was very helpful and polite but his manager stated out of warranty!!). Imagine buying a new car for £7-8k ( actually can buy a new at for that price !) and after a couple of years the lights stop working... pretty sure the car company or dealership would fix it without charge !!!. My advice is ...I choose this company because I thought the product and service would be better ... now I would probably go see the cheaper companies as if the same problems occur at least your still in credit and don’t assume that because you pay more you get more !!!... very disappointed with both the product and the aftercare ..
*****following on from Artisans reply ... firstly not even sure it is a light bulb that has failed could be a fuse or fuse board etc which should last over 2.5 years ... anyway at least potential customers can make their own mind up regarding your commitment to great customer service .. ie out of a poor warranty.. out of mind

Bought a spa a year ago. It’s great, and I use it every night. However, the chrome direction dials went a bit rusty - the dealers immediate reaction was to accuse me of using too much chlorine and they said I haven’t been opening the lid every day. I argued and eventually the fitter came and replaced them with black plastic ones..... common fault. Then the headrests started to blister - the dealers immediate reaction was to accuse me of using too much chlorine and they said I haven’t been opening the lid every day. I contacted Artesian in the UK, their immediate reaction was the same. So, I have taken the headrests out and am leaving them out. They are not that comfortable anyway. Apart from that, I love the spa and it helps me with my arthritis, but the after sales is a bit like buying a certain type of car, you’ll seemingly struggle to get anything replaced under warranty and the first port of call is to blame you and the way you have operated it.

It took us a while to select the right spa as our son has complex needs , everyone was knowledgeable & patient while we made our choice, it didn’t matter how many times we asked or measured the tubs all our questions were answered
Fitters were excellent too, no mess very friendly & nothing too much trouble shows us how to use our spa & how to use the chemicals correctly, after support was good too

From entering the showroom to installation at our home the service knowledge and expertise of all the people was exceptional. We would highly recommend artesian spa to anyone as we they would have a great experience. Delivery and installation on time with an amazing service on site. I have always wanted a hot tub and continually talked myself out of it. I’ve done a lot of research and on this occasion instead of just looking we actually talked to Carl at Brigg Garden Centre. The thing I loved was the lack of hard sell. He answered every question and literally gave me no reason not to buy..... so we did! Eventually delivery day arrived and my husband kept me posted with regular updates because I was at work. This meant I missed out on the install information but no worries both Tim and Carl have continued to look after us well with all the silly questions like when should a use non chlorine shock versus one shock! For me the aftercare is probably the most important part and I am not disappointed.

Excellent experience from our first visit tothe store tothe installation. Sean was very helpful throughout and the final result was perfect. Enjoying our hot tub !!

I don't often submit reviews bult felt compelled in this case.
Ive now had the spa 6 years and over that time I've not had the tub serviced at all as Artesian Spas explained their spas didn't need servicing. The spa is still running like new. All other suppliers we looked at wanted to charge us hundreds a year servicing charge. I've had just 4 minor problems. I called Artesian spas they diagnosed the problems over the phone from their wealth of experience. Once they needed to call which they did promptly and fixed straight away (no charge). The other times they explained over the phone how I could fix the problem myself if I wanted to, talking me through the fix (each time no charge). Even sent me a small part for free. Every contact has been friendly, professional, and efficient. These guys are UNBELIEVABLY GOOD !!.

From initial order to delivery, artisan spas have been excellent. The handover information whilst a little daunting was great, and advice is available at the end of the phone when we needed it.
The hot tub is brilliant everyone has been in it even the doubters.
Would recommend to anyone who was looking for a hot tub.

Nowadays you don't get married without trying them out first so why shouldn't we try the hydrotherapy tub first after all you can get married for less than the price of a tub.
We were met by a lovely sales lady at Artesian, Doncaster. eight o'clock one morning for privacy. We looked at several and spent half an hour testing two. Fabulous service, so helpful at the point of sale and afterwards. The fitting staff were great, assisted by my erection of the decking and electricity. We are both highly delighted with our tub (twice a day) forget the pills just get a HYDROTHERAPY TUB ! Jeff & Blue.

Honest, friendly advice. No-pressure sales, just helpful and informative service. Very happy with the deal we struck.
Installation team were also incredibly helpful, polite and courteous.
Very highly recommended.
