Tried calling several times but line just constant beep beep beep beep maybe engaged but not helpful when you require information regarding product delivery and this happens on all three call options

We brought some artificial grass and accessories from here as their prices and delivery costs was much better than other companies.
The after service was amazing, I sent some questions via online chat and this was answered in a timely manner and very helpful and as agreed, I was sent an sms to update me on my delivery day and time and this arrived very promptly in the exact time slot given and only took 3 working days to arrive.
The grass is off a very good quality and the finish is very nice.

I was worried to order from this company for the first time after looking at the bad reviews, but I needn’t of worried. My experience with them can’t be faulted! I ordered on the Monday and the artificial grass was delivered on the Wednesday! I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived, and I was kept up to date with text messages about my order and I could track the delivery truck on the day. It was better than I had ever expected and the grass is amazing. I am so happy with my whole experience from this company and would definitely recommend them!

Being 408 miles from Preston I texted Artificial Grass Direct to see whether they would deliver to the North Highlands of Scotland. This was Sunday afternoon and I got an immediate reply saying yes. I then got a call on the Monday to advise that they could deliver to me on Tuesday. I am now in possession of 48 composite decking boards. What a fantastic service. I have purchased these products before and they are excellent quality and good value and for £19.99 delivery to a remote part of Scotland is a bargain. Thanks to Colin, Angela and Peter. Much appreciated.

I ordered my 3rd lot of artificial grass from here. The service was excellent once again,: the website says 2-7 days for delivery,- I then had a text to say it would be the next day,- With an ETA, so I could plan my day around that. They give an excellent tracking service too. Really pleased

I checked out a number of online sites, and this seemed to hit the mark, the price being reasonable and good quality products. Having placed the order, I was impressed to receive a text informing me the item was being despatched and if there were any issues regarding delivery, to let them know. As I would be at work I requested the Courier text me his eta so that I could get back for the delivery. True to their word I did get a text informing me of the eta, as well as a very good tracking system giving a visual view of the Courier's journey. On arrival the Courier showed due care of delivery, ensuring the length of the item would not cause any damage internally.

The grass was well packaged, and cut to my specifications, which turned out to be much more than I actually needed. However I was pleased that this was the case as it enabled me to use the extra bit in the front garden as well. The front bit really did need the artificial grass too, as that has been a long standing problem of lack of sun, hence grass, and even wild flowers wouldn't grow there.

I am delighted to have both areas looking lovely as the grass is of such good quality. I now have a delightful seating area in the back garden, as well as a front garden that looks neat and tidy. Once the potted plants are in place, that will be the vision realised at last. One very delighted customer, thank you, Artificial Grass Direct and Josko the Courier.

I ordered the grass from artificial grass direct and then I looked at trust pilot and saw a few bad reviews which concerned me, however I cannot fault my experience at all, the grass was delivered on time and the quality of the grass is brilliant. Very easy to install. Overall very satisfied and would shop with them again.
