Grass delivered by specified date. great quality product. would order again.

Terrible customer service and delivery.
I had placed an order, I accidentally deleted my confirmation email, thought that's ok, I will email them to ask them to send it again, got a reply stating that they had sent this, check my inbox and junk, no email, contacted them again to say I haven't received the confirmation email, no reply, waited a day, thought I will phone up to ask for this and also ask about expected delivery date, spoke to someone, who didn't seem too interested in my request for a invoice/confirmation email to be sent again, in fact, when asking for my name, I got the suspicion they didn't even bother to write this down, I asked about delivery, got a half hearted reply, possibly Friday. Then I got a text and email about delivery, which calmed me down about, as I was starting to think this was a fake company, due to level of unprofessional service. Received the delivery today, never got a call or anything to say it was 10 mins away, when going to my front door, driver had already put the roll of grass at my front door, I explained to him that it would be good to get this delivered to my back door as that is where my garden is I'm also a single woman and have noone else to help me, he cheekily said I only do door step delivery, I explained that I have a door step at my back door which is accessible via vehicle. He left. I have spent 3 hours moving this through my house to get to the garden on my own, I had to unroll it and move it bit by bit, I have had a horrible experience cutting my hands and damaging the grass because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to put grass back on his truck and drive 2mins round the corner. I'm really upset that some people can be so unkind. I had to pay extra for this delivery.I have reached out to the company about my experience, with no reply. I would think twice before using this company, I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

We attended the office, and was shown several samples. The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. No pressure to purchase on the spot, we were given samples to take away and advised to think about exactly what we required. We placed an order several days later ( Essex) the subsequent delivery and installation was on time and delivered on the day promised. The grass is fantastic and have received many compliments on the quality and colour. Thank you

Excellent company who were really helpful at every step from buying to installation. The grass itself was really good quality (I got chelsea 35mm) and I had got loads of samples from other companies but this was by far the best for the money.

Ordered artificial grass from this company after being sent a selection of samples. Looked at TrustPilot after ordering to see some poor/bad reviews and started to worry that the order wouldn't be fulfilled. I was a bit worried when the order had a status of 'completed' with no further delivery info.

No such issues! Spoke with a rep and she couldn't have been more helpful, told me that she had just organised delivery for later in the week. True enough arrived as advised - absolutely delighted with the grass!!

I ordered numerous samples of artificial grass from this company and many, many others on the internet.
I can honestly say the grass samples that they sent me were the best quality samples - soft, bouncy, strong looking backing - I personally would have gone with them. However, since my husband runs the budget and since it is for a property we intend to let, we chose a discounted grass from another seller.
But, I wouldn't hesitate to order their grass in the future if it is based on quality of product alone.
Particularly impressed with Preston 40 mm - a lovely soft grass with 10 year UV protection.

I was apprehensive at first due to some of the reviews but i cannot say anything bad about this company. I purchased decking first, which came next day. Then ordered grass which was high quality (Preston). I must of have spent around £1.5k with them. People got to realise that a lot of people are ordering stuff for gardens due to the pandemic and delivery may vary. Purchase with confidence!

Firstly I can't say avoid this company because the product I ordered is of a good quality, although it is very early doors but looks great. However I will give a warning that I was left feeling like I was told what they wanted me to hear to get my order then failed to live up to their commitment. This was compounded when I rang customer services to enquire why my grass had not been delivered on the agreed date and was told that sometimes promises are made that the company can't deliver on. They were helpful and promised the grass would be delivered on the coming Saturday morning, first thing, this was even confirmed on the Friday with the same assurance. Having worked a night shift I stayed up to take delivery, only to receive a text saying it was now expected between 12 and 2 pm, it arrived at 3!!
In fairness the company gave me 3 tubes of adhesive I didn't realise I needed and a refund of £100 (the order was in excess of £1700).
In summary, as a company there appears to be both internal and external communication issues that reflect badly on the company but as a product I can't complain and would recommend the Gleneagles grass if you choose to use them.

Haven’t laid the grass yet but looks great and delivery was on time and efficient. Excellent communication from the company and the samples arrived shortly after ordering 🙌🏻

****Update, grass has been laid and is absolutely perfect! Cant fault it at all

After receiving samples from a number of companies, we decided that 'Preston' from ArtificialGrassDirect.co.uk was exactly the quality and colour that we wanted. I was a little apprehensive when I ordered my grass due to the negative reviews I had read. I am so glad that I did order from them. Colin was very helpful and gave us good advice. The grass arrived within the time scale promised. The delivery driver was great. The grass looks absolutely fantastic, and feels great too. I have had absolutely no issues with this company. The price was competitive, the website was detailed and easy to use. It does warn on the website that the grass is heavy, but that is an understatement. You will need a few people to help move it.

Its been laid and Garden is perfect...

I only contacted them once and had a reply back within an hour..

I made an order of nearly 1k. They have ignored me since order around delivery. This is the worst company for communication I have had the displeasure of buying from. Still no contact to this date after 12 days since purchase.

3 weeks late. Blames Royal Mail. Colin promised personal delivery twice, (said they were coming to my town those days) then never turned up after, waiting in for them. Does not answer messages or return calls. Blags everything when you get through but never follows through. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

Cancelled my order in the end. Imagine what after sales service would be like. This is no way to run a business. Avoid this company.

Avoid this outfit at all costs, I have been trying to contact this company for over a week to complain about substandard artificial grass supplied by them.
I have sent emails, photo's, and tried to call them many times, no response.
A good company does not ignore its customers.
