I am a fan of this brand. High quality and very nice minimalist design. I have bought just in the shop in Milan so I do not have a feedback on the online shop. However, I recommend trying before buying because sizes vary from item to item. Guys in the shop are really nice and helpful. Very positive experience so far.

Overall awesome
Well made website with great filtering system. They offer InPost as delivery option which is awesome if You’re from Poland. Prices are quite high, but quality is also on a very high level. The worst part is the sizing guide, pretty much useless for trousers

Artknit does not support their customers with customs duties refund after returns. For a supposedly premium brand, that's not acceptable.

We would like to clarify that this is not a matter of not supporting our customers. According to our return policy, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are therefore not refundable in the event of a return. This information is clearly stated on our website in the dedicated Returns Policy section.
We understand that customs charges can be frustrating, especially when returning an item, and we appreciate your perspective. At the same time, these fees are collected by customs authorities and are not retained by Artknit, which is why we are unable to refund them.

The pieces look and feel amazing
The pieces look and feel amazing. It was also very easy to reach Customer Service for some questions.
I would love if the would add more grey colors to their collection for women.
