Received the kit from Amazon quickly
Received the kit from Amazon quickly , took the sample posted it to the company registered post. They tell me 8 days later that it's not been delivered . So the sample has not been tested. I have people waiting to do work in my house what a crap service not next only if they decide it's your turn. Yes I got the number wrong in this review but not when I contacted you and get told it's not lost untill 10 days have passed. (That's royal mails view ).

Hi Mark, Just looked up the reference number you provided on this review and it looks like you've given one which doesn't exist, is this the one you wrote on the form? Please check your emails for the correct reference number. This may explain any delay.
DO NOT Trust the 72 hour turnaround
If you need time sensitive results, don't trust the 72 hour tag line. Not including the weekend, my sample has been sitting with them for 96 hours and I still have not received results. It's unfortunate as I see a number of positive reviews...you get what you paid for. I'm now wasting two weeks of contractor hold back because of their delay.

We’re very sorry for the delay you experienced and completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially when your project was time sensitive. After reviewing your case, it’s clear that we did not meet our own 72-hour turnaround commitment, and we take full responsibility for that.
This was an internal processing delay at our NVLAP-accredited partner laboratory, not a postal or customs issue. Your sample should have been tested and reported sooner, and we sincerely apologize for falling short of expectations.
We’ve already reviewed what went wrong to make sure this doesn’t happen again — including changes to how incoming U.S. samples are prioritized and tracked within the 72-hour window.

While the company only provided me with the type of asbestos in the sample, which is all they are contracted to do, when I asked if the sample was cementatious , they affirmed this for me.

This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud! Do not waste your money. I should have suspected something when I discovered they didn't operate a phone line. I have used their chat help 3 times now to try and get my results. Chat promises they will be in my inbox in 30, 45, then 60 minutes and then reminds me to check my spam. Three separate times, same thing! Please do not send them $59, you will never see any results!!!!!!

We’re sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced, but your claim that we are a “fraud” is completely untrue. Asbestos Sampling is a legitimate U.S.-registered service used by thousands of customers each year, and all testing is performed by an NVLAP-accredited laboratory.
The chat you interacted with is an automated AI assistant designed to give estimated processing times.
