After an extensive amount of time dealing with them not keeping appointment times. I gave them another opportunity. After speaking with the doctor regarding my consultation I agreed to his opinion to move forward and a price quote was provided. Then after reviewing my air flight and accommodations I received an email saying the doctor changed his mind and didn’t want to honor his offer!! Typical customer service nightmare from unscrupulous people who have no clue how they would be treat their customers and patients!!

I recently had surgery at Asia Cosmetic Hospital in Thailand, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded all of my expectations.

From the moment I first contacted the hospital, their communication was fast, clear, and reassuring. The international patient coordinator was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions, guiding me through the process, and even helping with travel arrangements. As someone traveling from abroad, this personal assistance made everything feel easy and stress-free.

When I arrived at the hospital, I was truly impressed by the facilities. The building is modern, clean, and designed to make patients feel calm and welcome. The environment felt more like a luxury wellness center than a hospital. Every staff member I interacted with — from reception to nursing to surgical staff — was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring.

I had my procedure done by Dr. Tanongsak, who is not only highly experienced and qualified, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. He listened carefully to my goals and explained the procedure in detail, making sure I understood every step. His confidence and calm demeanor put me at ease right away. I could tell I was in very capable hands.

The surgery went exactly as planned, and the results are honestly better than I imagined. Everything looks natural, balanced, and fits my body beautifully. Dr. Tanongsak’s attention to detail and artistic eye truly set him apart. I feel so much more confident and happy in my appearance.

One of the most impressive parts of my experience was the aftercare. Asia Cosmetic Hospital takes postoperative care seriously. The nurses checked on me frequently, provided medications on time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my recovery. They also arranged follow-up consultations to ensure healing was progressing well. I never felt like “just another patient” — they made me feel supported every step of the way.

They also offer private recovery rooms and on-site care which is a huge bonus. I never had to worry about transportation, hotel stays, or finding help after surgery — everything was provided for me in a safe, professional environment.

In addition to the medical care, the hospital also helped me navigate travel documents, COVID testing (at the time), and provided a personal contact who spoke fluent English. That made a big difference, especially for someone coming from abroad.

Misleading, expensive, and poor care

Asia Cosmetic Hospital started off helpful when it came to taking payment, but once I arrived, everything changed. I was briefly contacted by Dr. Chatchawarn Chinpaisarn (Dr. Thor), who isn’t even listed on their main website pages raising red flags about who actually performs the surgeries. The main building and consultation rooms felt like a staged setup, while the actual coordination came from scattered sales reps like P’Jeab Ka, who completely disappeared after I refused to pay more.

Right before surgery, I was suddenly told I owed extra payments, which I declined. From that moment, the energy shifted and the experience became stressful and unprofessional. The surgery itself was rough they struggled to put me under, and kept injecting anesthesia into my fluid bag as the gas mask kept failing. It didn’t feel safe or controlled at all.

Post-op, I was ignored, likely because I didn’t give in to their pressure for hidden costs. My surgeon never followed up, and P’Jeab Ka was gone. I was charged for everything, including a short hospital stay that cost over $500 per night, with more charges if you touch or use anything in the room. If you’re bringing $3,000, be prepared to bring another $3,000 they’ll find reasons for extra payments no matter what they originally told you.

Only giving two stars — one for a kind lady who checks your blood pressure in the main reception building and second star for how everyone was being polite at the start until I couldn’t pay there hidden costs. But the results are poor, the process felt like a hustle, and the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Beware of this clinic and ask very specific questions upfront.
