Honestly cannot thank Charlotte enough for her help. Absolutely drowning for months, wasn’t sleeping, it’s my own fault for getting myself into such a bad situation but being able to speak to someone about it without being judged was just, well, I’ve been sleeping well since I started the ball rolling in getting out of this hole - all thanks to Charlotte and ‘Assist my Finances’ - so, genuinely - thank you.

I was tea struggling with debt and just to make payments had become really hard and I had no money left almost as soon as money went in. I found the company Assist my Finances, who were wonderful. Gemma who put forward my case was supportive throughout from beginning to end and I had an IVA approved with my creditors in about a month. I’m so relieved I felt like I was drowning and now I can relax and just have a small payment which I can afford and the anxiety and depression has gone. If anyone is really struggling I can not recommend Assist my Finances highly enough. I was wondering whether or not this would suit me after speaking to other people like citizens advice which left me more confused, then I spoke to Sarah from assistmyfinances it was clear what I needed to do and she explained my options in away I can understand, after the process I need help with other matters I just called and she was willing to help again even though I was nolonger under her advisory remit, after service spot on.
