The Engineer turned up on time as per the SMS.
He new the tasks required for the visit.
Brought along shoe covers.
Changed the filter in such a way that no water was spilled from the pipes at all.
Explained each step of the maintenance process prior to carrying it out.
He even anticipated what my possible concerns, as a customer, would be, before I could express them!
My impression of this service call visit was professional; carried out by an experienced properly trained technical engineer who also had a full understanding of customer relations.
I Can say, that this is the first time, in over twenty years, that I have had such a professional service.

Your Engineer turned up exactly on time and went straight to work, completing the inspection with no delay.

Mark, the Engineer, was courteous, friendly and very "user friendly". He carried out the service in a smooth and unflustered way and was happy to answer a few questions I had. The whole experience left me feeling reassured that I had chosen the right firm for this and future work.

Had a replacement gas boiler fitted by Assured Heating in October 2022 as my existing boiler had packed up.

I made an initial enquiry via email for a quote and someone from the team visited to take a look through what work would be needed based on our requirements. A quote was then sent quickly afterwards which we accepted.

It took a couple of weeks from accepting the quote, to the work being completed (one day job). The work included a new boiler, pipe changes, three port valve change and a Nest control system.

Overall I am really pleased with the service we received, the engineers were friendly and tidy throughout and were able to work around / find solutions to some nuances in my property thanks to the previous owners.

I had a couple of follow up questions / issues (outside of their control) which they were able to resolve.

The company is very easy to deal with, one of the reasons for this is the usage of online booking systems and automation. We recently received a notification email and text to let us know we were due the annual boiler service (to ensure we keep our 10 year warranty), I was able to book this in about 3 minutes without needing to contact anyone or wait for a call back. It was a case of selecting the best time slot for me and it was confirmed.

Excellent communication throughout. Turned up when expected and respectful while here. Happy to recommend.

This company installed an oil fired boiler for me a year ago and it has worked fine since. Annual service time. Booked it online using the website with no issues. Had reminder emails / texts and a call from the engineer, Dwayne when he was 15 minutes away. Efficiently carried out his tasks and showed my photos on his ipad of what he had done. Would use them again.
