Scam company DO NOT PLACE ORDER WITH THEM YOUR MONEY WILL DISAPPEAR

Ordered last year - never received any goods. They've taken the money and now no response to email and can't get through on phone. Avoid.

Clear product information and transparen details on the site, I need to download datasheets often and they are easy to find. Good resource

Paid for work boots in full but have not received goods, Aston Work Wear have not replied to emails, basically just stolen my money

I should have looked on trust pilot prior to purchase, the aston pharma website looks the part, efficient and well organised , alas it goes down hill from there You order .you get 1 automated reply, then nothing.. just waiting..disappointment ..and the inconvenience of trying to recover your money ,thanks to paypal i did recover my money but Aston pharma is best avoided.

Placed an order for the first time, customer service was exceptionally great. Attentive and professional, fast delivery and shipped out within the timeframe given.
Very happy with my order and great quality products.

This company is awful. I ordered some sandals and was charged over £10 for delivery. These were ordered on 28 May 2025. I sent an email asking to cancel the order on 30 May asking when my order would be despatched and asked to cancel the order.
The next email was to say my order had been despatched on 2 June 2025. There was no tracking number or carrier. It is now 5 June and I still don’t have a tracking number or carrier name. I am now going to contact Trading Standards as I believe this company to be fraudulent

I was contacted by the company and the issue was resolved which is greatly appreciated as customer service is really important especially now with so much competition. Thank you for resolving the issue. I could not give 5 stars due to the initial issues.

Stay away. Ordered. No stock. No refund. No correspondence.

Had to raise with PayPal in the end. They didn't even reply to them either...

Now I have had a credit from PayPal.

Ordered goods said 3-5 working days, nothing received or any communication. I have emailed no reply and the phone number constantly says the lines are down. I would avoid at all costs, don’t know why they just don’t closed it down.

Very bad company. Only one person called Andrew who doesn't reply to email. I have placed an order with them before more than one month and didn't receive anything. He doesn't reply to emails. I said he sent them but refused to give me any proofs. Scam. don't order from them

Never had any issues with company, if anything fully supported our business throughout covid

Fake company. I didn't receive my goods and no one replied to my calls and emails. Reported for fraud.
