The worst company ever. I have ordered some atomic flloyd headphones in March £495 nothing has appeared and I cant get hold of them what a terrible company DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER

These have to be the best headphones I…

These have to be the best headphones I have ever used. I have no regrets!!!

The sounds is superb. I would thoroughly recommend them!

One down side (if it can be called that) they have kevlar to make the cable not tangle up, but the top of the cable (leadings to
the buds) is still rubber, seems a bit silly but who cares really. Get them and enjoy.

Never respond to emails

Never respond to emails. Headphones stopped working in one ear after less than three months. They told me to send them back for replacement. I did so, and gave them the tracking number. The headphones delivered, but I never heard from the company again. Never responded to my emails. Has been nearly a year now. Scam.

WARNING!!! ITS A SCAM COMPANY!! AVOID

WARNING!!! ITS A SCAM COMPANY!!!
Literally I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!
Went and ordered a pair of earphones at July 4th 2017, and it is August 9th 2019.
AND YET! HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET!!!!
Email them for more than 50 times, asked for refunds, which they told me they will transfer me back the money next Monday (which this is at April 20th 2018), and again!! NEVER RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION AFTERWARDS!

me again,

me again,
after my bad review here, i got answers again from atomic floyd...
i showed them how many times i purchased headphones or got amazon replacements...
the conversation took a whole year
on the 20th of march i did send my broken headphones back, they promised to tell thier shipping department to send me new ones, now it is June, no answers anymore....

the RMA address is Unit 7A Perry Road ,Witham, Essex, CM8 3UD UK
very funny, when i look at google street view, there is an recycling company ;-)

dont know if its a bad joke

Theft

Ordered a pair of earphones on their website 4 months ago and still nothing (on the site it said the order would be dispatched in 24 hours). After several e-mails and Facebook messages got a vague answer promising to sort out the problem but that lead to no solution at all. This is theft.

Shocking customer service i use my…

Shocking customer service i use my earphones every day there is a fault with the darts the controller is too heavy and constantly goes wrong i told atomic floyd of the problem but they refuse to accept responsibility and keep saying i mistreat which i don't i have sent these back numerous times with the same problem currently i am without earphones yet again been 2 months so far with no acknowledgement after 5 emails they replied asking for phots which i provided heard nothing for 3 weeks

Non-existent customer services

Due to a fault with a set of headphones I contacted Atomic Floyd regarding a repair which took a couple of months for them to respond to. Due to the amount of time which had passed they offered me a replacement set of superdart headphones for half price.
I took them up on this offer and paid the fee via paypal 22/05/2018 and was told that I would receive a despatch notice once I had made the payment, I waited weeks and no despatch notice. For three months I have been in contact with customer service adviser Suzanne who kept telling me they would be despatched shortly.
In August, with no sign of the headphones being sent I placed an appeal with Paypal for the £124.50 I had paid. I informed Atomic floyd of this and was eventually told that they had no stock of superdarts and that they would be despatched once they had them in stock. To prove a point I went to their website and placed an order for superdarts which were in stock.
These headphones will be returned for a full refund as I got no intention of dealing with a company that got no regard for their customers, got no customer services department to speak of and resort to lying about stock shortages as a delaying tactic.
0 stars is what I would have rated but unfortunately that was not an option.

Atomic Floyd S.hitty company no support

S.hit company, do not buy,
Very very weak support, no repair partners, no repaur proposal
Atomic floyd propsed an EXCHANGE for a replacement with a 25% discount of the full price.
The product is malfunctionning (1side sounds weak) after 2.5 year.
Although bought from an official seller in France. Not recognised by Atomic Floyd

Get away from this company go forcshure senheiser or any other. Even chinese might be better.

Tolle Kopfhörer

Tolle Kopfhörer, aber "unfähiger Service".
Bei meinen Super-Darts NP 249,-€ besteht ein "Wackelkontakt".
Ich habe den Service 5 x angeschrieben und keine Reakttion erhalten.
Dann nochmals schon leicht erbost geschrieben, dann kam eine Reaktion, Sie bieten mir an einen neuen zuzusenden, wenn ich 50 % der Kosten übernehmen würde.
Dies war vor drei Wochen, ich habe schon wieder zweimal geschrieben und immer noch keine Reaktion erhalten.
Fazit: Die Serviceleistung ist inakzeptabel!

Warranty Service Claim

I have had 2 faults with my earphones which have a 2 year warranty.

1st fault was with the wiring at the aux jack. It took from September 12th to October 17th for a complete replacement of my HiDef Drum earphones after I emailed the CEO.

The 2nd fault was the same.It has been 10 months since I raised the issue and 6 months since I sent my earphones in for replacement. The company takes between 1 and 2 months on average to respond to an email and when they do it is usually a copy paste response.

At this price point the earphones sound good, but the service is absolutely disgusting and insulting. Spend your money with a company that remotely cares about customer service.

Do not deal with Atomic Floyd

Avoid directly ordering from this company.

I love the product, which makes my dealings with Atomic Floyd all the more disappointing.
I ordered a pair of their top of the range SuperDarts Titanium at the not inconsiderable cost of £250.00

The website advertised (and still does) that these were in stock and would normally ship within 24 hours.

That was almost 4 months ago.
I sent countless emails asking for a dispatch date which were all ignored. I finally got a response via twitter after many, many attempts which was followed up with an email promising delivery. Nothing happened and they went quiet on me again.

Then I was advised that they were in stock and would ship, only to be advised later that they had run out.
A series of excuses and reasons as to why my headphones never arrived, all of which required several emails and tweets to get a response.

After giving up hope of ever seeing my headphones I requested a refund, which was promised.
That was several weeks ago and funnily enough, no refund. No response to my emails and no response on Twitter.
£250 down and as succinctly put by the Sex Pistols "Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?"
Yes, cheated and robbed.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Atomic Floyd headphones through a third party supplier on amazon. After 8 months the headphones started to malfunction. After checking amazon the seller was no longer available and therefore I could not get a replacement through them. I then proceeded to the atomic Floyd website to check their returns policy. Good new the site quotes "All Atomic Floyd products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Which means we'll gladly replace any Atomic Floyd product that is defective as a result of our workmanship, materials or components not being up to scratch. Please email support and request warranty assistance.". I then proceeded to email Atomic Floyd explaining my situation. To which I got a response that they would not replace my headphones because they had not been purchased through their website. I obviously replied with the quote from their website. Again I got a response back that this only applied to purchases made through their website, despite the quote stating that "ALL" Atomic Floyd products were covered. This started in April 2016, some months later (September to be exact) They finally sent me a returns form which I filled out promptly and sent back, at my expense. After multiple more emails, I am still yet to receive any shipping confirmation for my replacement. Safe to say I am highly disappointed with the service from a company which sells supposedly premium products retailing at £100. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs!
