Good service

I recently had a frustrating experience with a recurring flat tire. After visiting two different garages where no one could find the puncture, I decided to try a third one. I’m so glad I did!

At this garage, the staff was incredibly courteous and professional. They quickly identified the problem that others had missed and repaired my tire efficiently. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt truly taken care of.

Very straightforward and helpful. They ordered my tyre, but the supplier didn't deliver it, so they ordered it again and fitted the tyre the same day.

Having suddenly noticed our Qashqai's exhaust was burbling, I called in at ATS Congleton. Andy inspected the vehicle, then searched his suppliers to find the elusive parts. A few days later the parts were in, and we left the car with him. He diligently struggled to remove the old parts, overcoming trouble with a couple of seized nuts, fitted the new parts having searched his premises for replacement nuts and we left with a car in a much better condition. Fantastic service

Great service with care and attention to detail

I was able to have my tyre replaced straight away. The gentleman I saw was extremely helpful & I was a little distressed so it was reassuring to know I could drive away within an hour

Quick courteous service sadly missed the leaky valve so had to go back, but fixed quickly with a smile. :-)
