Awful experience. Paid for a aircon gas refill (through Groupon), ATS Grimsby didnt do a leak check when refilling my gas, so my air con stopped working 3 days later. I called ATS when I noticed it had stopped working but the chap who answered said that there must have been a leak and that repairing them isnt something they can do.

Reached out to Groupon, turns out that in their t&c's it states that a leak check should be done before refill is done, but they merely issued me with £14 credit for their site (the refill cost £120). I then took my car to a local garage who then informed me that the refill should have never been done, and that I'd need to pay £370 to repair the leak and also pay for another refill.

Highly recommended the fitter was very polite and knowledgable. The price I paid was very good and considerable less than was quoted at a couple of tyre fitters.
I have used ATS before and will have no issues in using them in the future.

New tyre fitted to my vehicle. I called ahead for a price which was very competitive and included a lifetime guarantee. I live and work out of town and they were able to book me in for the very next day. New tyre was fitted and took about 40 mins. Very polite and professional staff. Excellent service and will definitely return when I next require new tyres. Thank you.

The phone was answered quickly for my first contact, good advice was given for my choice of service, I was contacted during the service time with a query which would cost extra money and although I chose to go with it on replacement tyres I didn't feel pressurized at all. The service was completed well on time and at very acceptable price. the staff were very friendly and efficient, without being pushy at all something a bit rare these days

I've just received an email regarding a Mercedes (complete with number plate) but I don't own such a car

I arrived at the Grimsby site 15 minutes prior to my appointment time for 2x new tyres, rotating 1 tyre and a full wheel alignment.

I was met by the vehicle technician on the reception desk where he confirmed my name and appointment time. He then advised he was understaffed today and the work would take little longer than usual.

I was fine with waiting on site but he did provide me with directions towards the town.

A little over 90 minutes later and my car was back with me and the drive home was so much better, my car really needed this company's and technician's expertise to make it drive straight at long last!

Thank you ATS Euromaster at Grimsby, I will certainly be returning in the future.

Fast and efficient

I dropped in to get the tracking checked and adjusted on my vehicle without a booking and they fitted me in straight away whilst I walked into town to do some shopping. Staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient

I had trouble rating this garage. From the customer service side, everything was very good, but the fact that I paid over £250 for a major service and the car broke down 3 days later is not a good thing.

The ATS home page states that "A Major car service is the most in-depth service your car can have." My car stopped in the middle of the highway because of bad spark plugs. Checking the spark plugs takes about 5 minutes. I can't believe that I had to pay over £250 for the "most in-depth service your car can have" and even the spark plugs weren't checked! The service was absolutely not worth the money, it was simply the most expensive engine oil and brake fluid change in my life.

I give it two stars for a really nice guys, but I'm very disappointed.

EDIT, response to ATS comment:

First search on Google and the RAC website says: "Spark plugs should be checked during a car service."

The problem is not whether I am satisfactory or not. The problem is that I paid for the major car service, the most expensive you offer, and garage did not even bother to check spark plugs.

Instead of being a proud company, but disappointed because of my review, I suggest you think about the quality of the services you offer.

Quick reminder: My car had a serious ENGINE MALFUNCTION, on the highway, BECAUSE YOU DID NOT CHECK SPARK PLUGS during service I PAID FOR.
