Friendly staff, work completed quickly

Brilliant and friendly service, had car booked in for 2.30pm for wheel alignment, arrived early and the lads got car straight in and did the job professionally with no hassle, i will be using this ATS again for tyres, etc from now after previous garages had let me down with my alignment issue

Service was a bit slow even though car was booked in for 11.30 it wasn't looked at until 11.50.once it was started it was quick mechanic explained that he was doing health check .

Easily booked and then changed my appointment. Staff (Aled) were friendly, polite and helpful. Work was completed efficiently and effectively and a vehicle health check was thrown in at no extra cost.

I spent a wet and rainy morning at the Treforest centre having my air con recharged. While I was waiting I was able to listen to the two guys taking care of business. I have to say they were both such a delight. Luke, who I spoke to first, was such a polite and friendly guy. His customer service skills were absolutely on point regardless if it was a call or face to face. All my questions were answered, including some I didn’t know I had. I didn’t manage to get the name of the other guy, except that he had a bad cold, he was also very polite and both of them were far too chipper for a cold and wet morning. I am not in any doubt that my air con was done perfectly. Well done ATS
