Great experience, claim handled efficiently and quick. Was updated throughout and all the employees knowledgeable and friendly. Our garden was left spotless and couldn't even notice work had been completed.

Prompt, professional and efficient. The job was completed quickly and the area was restored and left clean and tidy at the end. The engineer was friendly and respectful. Cannot fault.

Auger did a lot of work for us concerning the drains at church, during this time we had two funerals and had to re interr several items, through out their time with us they were so respectful and courteous, I would heartily recommend them

Now where to start , we had issues with our drains and another firm came out twice and then tried to tell us we needs to spend £5.5k to fix it , i rang our insurance who sent Auger and from the moment the first lady called it has been a pleasure to use them , my hubby was in the building trade for many year and said this firm are so good , they rang to let us know it was covered on insurance and then arranged for a man to come and check the man came did a clear and check and a full report then they called to book the man to do the fix , and to say they are fast well let's say super fast from phone calls to arriving , tha man came today and has done the repair and left everything clean and tidy and he was very professional at all times and well no disruption to our day really and been as we are both disabled it was a pleasure to use this firm we highly recommend them

The gentlemen helping us, Anthony and Liam, came on time and were very pleasant people, explaining exactly how they were going to proceed once the leak was located. They respected our property and took care to avoid muddy boots through the house and tidied as they went along. The job entailed digging three feet under the airing cupboard in the downstairs bathroom and care was taken not to break any more tiles than necessary. Everything was replaced in great order with tiles cemented back in. A very good experience, worth buying gluten free for and supplying with coffee...even left with a pot of honey as we were so pleased. Thank you! Acredit to your company and would highly recommend them!

Auger was sent to my home by Admiral Insurance Company to rectify a drainage/sewage issue. They spent the first two months conducting four separate surveys of my drainage system in an unsuccessful attempt to prove that my system is an illegal contamination of a surface water drain, and therefore uninsured. I even had people walking the nearby rivers looking for dyes which had been poured into my drainage system! All of this nonsense was systematically disproved at my expense as I had to pay for an independent survey by a local insurance approved drainage contractor, who subsequently proved that I have a completely legal ‘combined system’ This unjustified waste of time is all charged back to the insurance company and is nothing more than a way to reduce the amount of money left over to ultimately remedy the actual insured issue.
After this scam they finally agreed that they would attend site in an attempt to fix the problems. The people that arrived were incompetent! They decided that I didn’t need any water traps and that the existing ones would be replaced with bends. I had to explain the purpose of a water trap and further question how they intended to prevent my garden smelling of sewage without a water trap on the system. They didn’t appear to have any clue what a trap was for! I then called their head office to complain and was assured that their fully qualified Auger engineers would never have said any of this and would obviously be including water traps on the system. I HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY BROUGHT AND LAID OUT READY TO INSTALL!
They then broke off a section of pipework and smashed a water trap before being asked to leave the site.

AFTER FOUR MONTHS OF AUGER INVOLVEMENT I AM LEFT WITH OPEN SEWAGE PIPEWORK AND WATER POURING INTO MY FOUNDATIONS !

We recently had a collapsed drain issue.
Auger came out once to survey and a second time to do the work.
The engineer that carried out the work was extremely friendly and informative about what he was doing.
Definitely a good company to use

Plumber arrived spot on time as I needed to ensure safe parking. He was a good communicator and I introduced him to my tenants so that he could access their properties and attend to job with their co-operation. I was not able to supervise all morning. He notofied me of what had caused the problem; fixed it and left ground in a good state. My tenant let me know that water pressure was back.

Reliable company and good coordination of services. Repair was undertaken on scheduled dates and completed on time, in spite of cold weather conditions. The only minus on the repair was the compaction of some of the tarmac replacement to my drive.

Customer service on unresolved complaint is shocking. I suspect because they’ve had some good reviews recently they think they can bury my complaint by ignoring me.

Having not long moved into my new home I had an issue with my drains backing up. Having contacted my insurer I had Auger involved. They were very helpful and understood that this is something I needed looking at quickly. They were with me within 48 hours of me speaking with my insurers. My drains cleared that same day. Shortly after a report explaining what had happened and why was sent over. This highlighted the issues and solution to prevent any further problems.

I contacted Auger to investigate my drains and incoming water pipe. Auger managed to accommodate an appointment for the next working day, and their workman, Iain, was exceptionally helpful. Iain was thorough in his investigations, finding that roots had penetrated our drains in some areas but overall, the drains were functioning well. Iain then checked our water pipe for any leaks and confirmed that there was nothing to be concerned about. Iain finalised his findings in a report that was sent back to the head office and the next day I was contacted by someone to discuss Iain's visit. I cannot remember their name, however, the person from the office was very informative and offered me a course of remedial work that would improve the longevity of my drainage system. Whilst I did not proceed with these works, I am now much better informed as to the condition of my drains.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received and I would recommend Auger to any family or friends with drainage issues.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I urgently needed some drainage work completing ahead of a property refurbishment. The engineer who attended site provided me with the best method of repair, which included a re route of the original system. This not only ended up being cheaper, but also resolved some level issues internally. I had to make a last minute change due to the inclusion of 2 WC's as opposed to 1 on the original quote. This was accommodated without any complaint, and the work was still completed within the stated timeframes. A great company that I would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.
