I had a leak underneath my garage and Auger attended on behalf of my insurance company. They had to do a complete reroute which involved a lot of digging. Colin and Kevin were absolutely marvellous, reassured me and explained exactly what was going to happen. A two day job that was carried out safely and professionally. I would recommend this company they were brilliant and left my property in a very good condition. Thank you Colin and Kevin for a job well done 👍🏻

Communication was great from the beginning and quality of works were 10/10. Comes with a 10 year Drainshield guarantee for peace of mind but I can't see any workmanship or materials failing anytime soon

Auger came out to fix a leak under our drive that had been identified by our water board. Jordan was very professional, helpful and efficient and clearly explained our options. He repaired our leak very quickly. Everything was dealt with very proficiently and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Auger to anyone.

Auger validated my insurance claim. I had 3 quotes for the work originally (all with a similar price). Auger however told my insurance company they would have charged 2/3 less!!!! I do not believe they could have done the work for the price they told the insurance company.

We had a problem that part of our drain had sunk and the pipes were cracked. Auger's surveyor visited and provided a full professional report then subsequently the company did the work to resolve the problem at a very reasonable price. Very pleased.

I recently had my drains replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept disruption to a minimum, and worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a very high standard.

Arrived on time, parked where instructed, a minor problem regarding precisely what testing would be done that day was quickly resolved by a phone call to the office. Thereafter everything went smoothly.

I had an unexpected leak, which 2 local plumbers failed to solve. However, once Auger came in, the hopeless situation changed to something solvable without difficulty. Having become a recent widow very suddenly, I wasn't just left in a world without my other half, I was left with dealing with unknowns. Maintaining our home we had built together, dealing with tradesmen (which I had never done before) worrying about claims and costs involved, worrying about having strangers in my home. The idea was very daunting. Auger made all my worries pass! They made the whole process very easy, gave full explanations, when problems hit they worked around problems to find solutions, treated my home as if it was their home, they was reliable, friendly, reassuring and tidy. The Auger team worked around the clock in the rain to make sure I had water pressure to be able to take a shower. Simply the best! Three engineers arrived at my property exactly at the time scheduled. They were clean, tidy, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the job. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward.
