Staff are professional & courteous

The representatives turned up promptly and effectively sorted out the stated problem. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was quickly carried out and they left the work area clean and tidy.

Auger listens to customers and brings them up to date . Claims can be frustrating but Auger makes things easier by helping the customer sort out any issues. My claim was sorted out in the end

Auger - right tools and expertise solved our blocked drain problem when we had root ingress kind professional people and good communications from the beginning - identified to help us by our insurance company.

Only my second claim since 1975 and am finding it frustrating. It was an urgent drain blockage which was (with approval)fixed by local drain company for just shy of £3K. With excess of £1050 I was offered £700. I asked for written breakdown of charges which AUGER will not provide. Tried ringing twice but no response.

They took care of the insurance claim and were really professional. I had a workman look at it but Auger took over and were much better and did a complete job and their work has a 10 year warranty. They are professional on the phone and email and they reply to emails. So refreshing to work with and I would not normally leave a review but I am so grateful so am doing it to let others know they can trust Auger.

I was about to be ripped off for over £2000.00 for a non existent leak.Auger arrived,very knowledgeable and pleasant engineer who also provided good advice.Auger confirmed there was no leak at all.Auger is very well respected in the industry.They are trusted by insurance companies,are knowledgeable,efficient and honest.I would certainly recommend.

One of the worst companies I have ever had an experience with. Staff members attitude is very bad. Also submitting lying reports to insurance companies. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Drains professionals. The team are dependable and experienced. Fully equipped to complete the job. Highly recommended - attended on time - minimum fuss. Clearly want to do a good job - spent appropriate time diagnosing the issue - clearing- then rebuilding the drainage. Problem solved.
