Celine was so helpful and made my experience very easy and straight forward. She helped me and was so polite and understanding over the phone.

Wait times were very long to get through to an agent but the lady who dealt with my enquiry was thorough, answered all my questions and helped me very quickly. I wanted to change my payment date for each month and she dealt with it quickly.

Great customer service

Quick and simple call with customer service who dealt with my request in fast, friendly and efficient manner..he did tell me his name but can't remember but he provided a top tier service.

Naiomi was very helpful and understanding due to personal circumstances I needed additional support regarding payment and it was dealt with very efficiently and the agent was lovely and understanding

I had an issue with a missed payment, and when I contacted client services, the agent I spoke with was very understanding, helpful and professional and without any issues or drama, and immediatly resolved the issue and the overall services from Aura I would 100% recommend others to take out Car insurance with.

Just renewed my insurance for another year with aura insurance, everytime that I’ve called them they have been great help and always friendly, the hold periods are usually not for too long and they are able to help with everything I’ve questioned.

I was speaking to a lady and she helped me with manners and made sure that she kept me calm throughout the conversation. I cannot remember the name sadly but i hope she goes far within the company because shes brilliant

I’ve tired to call serval times no one answers the phone!im extremely disappointed in the customer service considering I pay each month I expect a pleasant kind service however there is no customer service!! I’ve emailed called and had no response. I would not recommend this insurance company as they clearly only care as to wether they are getting paid.Im paying people’s wages who won’t even answer the phone so why are they being paid?

At first all good, a cheap price on my car insurance for a 19 year old. However when I changed my car, same engine size and nothing too extravagant they refused to cover me and then said they'll cancel my insurance - as a youngster you can't afford to have your insurance cancelled, so I had to cancel. Then they tried to charge me a £50 admin fee ! I tried to speak to someone about but no response, i challenged it by email, no response. Next I heard it had been passed to a debt collector. Seriously AVOID !!!!

Aura service itself is amazing,and also I would have to say that the costumer service is on top!
