DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I've just canceled the policy and lost almost £200 after 2 months, but I would rather lose the money than have any more of their stupid emails about my driving !!
I told them that their stupid emails will cause me to have an accident.
And you are in prison... can't drive after 11pm !!
So I stopped driving after 11pm, and the score would not change. It is almost as if they want to cancel the policy !!! STRESS DO NOT USE THEM

The lady that was helping didn’t catch her name but she was a absolute diamond helped out so much

I have recently moved and required information on what the process was to ensure all details were correct and amended accordingly. The member of staff on the customer support line that I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly offering excellent customer service and support throughout the little time it took to amend the details this really helped with the process I would have found stressful to be done as smoothly as possible. Overall, a great experience for my enquiry to be dealt with at a very high standard of customer service. Extremely satisfied with the end result.

Absolute scam, we have now wrote to the ombudsman- my daughter changed her address and that cost £250, and then coz it’s a slightly more rural area wanted an extra £100 a month!. My daughter has been offered a company car now, and we gave them two wks notice that will be cancelling and they want the whole years money- as apparently you can’t cancel🤣. So now I have got the ombudsman involved. I am looking forward to this company being struck off. Do not use!. 2 Bob scam company.
