The car I was interested in was still being prepared for the showroom, so Jacob went out of his way to send me detailed videos of it, which really helped me make my decision. He was always quick to respond to every question and query I had, no matter how small, and was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout.

When I went to collect the car, everything was exactly as promised, and I even received a discount that I wasn't expecting, which was a bonus!
