Had a grand hardtop fitted to np300, service was great and was well looked after by Rebecca in reception. Had to recently return following a smashed window and once again had great service.

Never dealt with a company so bad !

Sent pictures of replacement lock required by email - staff seemed helpful
Price stated in email, called and payed they then took an extra £12 over agreed price.
I complained they agreed to give a goodwill refund !
Item arrived damaged so I paid to return and after a month I still haven't recieved my refund or the goodwill refund they agreed. No one seems to know what they are doing at this company.
