From start to finish Matt made sure everything was going smoothly. You expect some things need doing on a used car but when we came to pick it up everything and more had been put right. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone.

Very helpful and good communication throughout. Matt and the team looked after me well and the car was just as described and good value too. I felt under no pressure to buy at any time and would completely recommend them as a good place to buy a car from.

Stay away from these guys. I lost my £250 deposit they told me its refundable if you don,t buy vehicle for any reason and you will receive invoice on email. They have not sent me any invoice or policy document and now they are telling me that company policy is that deposit is not refundable. Instead of losing money and buy stress i would recommend to stay away. I been trying to call them for 10 days but every time they said we would give you a call back. In simple they just care about of taking money.

Brought a car from Tom. He was great, the range of cars was good. Very easy, quick and good service.

It is how you deal with issues that is the difference between good and great. It is a shame I had to exert pressure on the management through poor Trustpilot review and get them and the sales team involved to address the issues. But when they did it was dealt with well and efficiently.

Great service, no nonsense with unnecessary salesman speech, they gave me the keys and basically let the car sell itself. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Took a car for a test drive and highlighted an issue, but was promised this would be sorted before I took ownership the following week. On that basis, (foolishly) I agreed to put down a deposit and trusted that the fix would be made.
I was assured THREE times by Tom ( sorry, no five star review here as you requested...) when collecting the vehicle that it was sorted, only to find by the time I got home that disappointingly the issue was still there.
Multiple garage visits, and a holiday without a car, and we eventually got there, they did agree to collect the car and fix it properly, to be fair, and it is running OK now, but my trust was already lost by the time I had driven it the 30 miles home. Still waiting for the paperwork for the work done on the car, not sure that will ever materialise

Lesson learnt though, check everything over thoroughly before you drive away from this establishment

Many thanks to David, Matt & the rest of the sales team. The purchase was smooth going and they couldn’t be more helpful. Only the second time that I purchased from a showroom/garage, but it turned out to be a pleasure !
Also a big thanks to the Valeters for the way the car was cleaned & finished for my trip home (EXCELLENT WORK).
