I really like DSP. When I took my bike to the shop and needed repairs DSP was quick to respond to my needs.

I highly recommend DSP.

Haven't had to make a claim yet but the Franko helped me through the sign up process. Great price, but i still hope i don't have to use it lol

On 9/6/2020 a 4 year extended warranty was purchased which was to expire on 11/15/2024. I had an issue with motorcycle and the bike towed to the shop. the shop diagnosed the bike was towed to shop on 10/09/2024 and filed a claim on 11/14/2024 prior to policy expiration. An adjuster reached out and stated that he would come by and inspect the bike the following day at the shop. On the following day the shop was called by the same adjuster and was told that the inspection was now cancelled without giving a reason. The shop then reached out to Discount ESP and spoke with Wally who stated that once the warranty expires that the policy information is deleted from the system and he cannot find my information in his system. Another call was made again by the shop and Phil at ESP then said the bike was not covered and became angry and vulgar and said the claim was made after expiration of the policy which was clearly not the case. The shop which is a preferred service station and whom was also a recommended service station and never had any issue dealing with ESP prior before. Now I am being told that I am stuck with a 4,000.00 repair bill which should have been covered. I called the company myself and spoke to Alex who easily pulled up my policy information and claim information. They have not been truthful and do not want to fulfill my contractual claim. They did not even attempt to come in and look at the bike! Spoke with Wally and he stated he will look into and call me back following day, that was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a call.

I just went through the process of renewing my extended warranty with Discount ESP. Alex was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and treated me like family. I very much appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Discount ESP and especially Alex. Thank you sir.

Dealing with Franko Cardozo was really great. He was so easy to talk to. No pressure at all. When I asked he explained all the details and answered all my questions so I could understand exactly what I was buying. Great guy. I'm not an easy guy to deal with.

Alex is one of the best representatives I have encountered in a long time. He truly cares about answering any questions you may have. Alex is very professional, patient, thorough, and super pro-active. Due to his excellent customer service, I am considering buying another package for our other motorcycle. The process is easy and you will be surprised how the staff is available to lead you every step of the way. Highly highly recommend!

Requested a quote for my Harley Davidson motorcycle and received a quick response for an extended warranty. Devin Cardozo responded to my request and sent me the information. I called to sign up for extended warranty. I spoke with Alex who explained the policy in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. I am a returning customer to ESP only left because I bought a BrandNew bike. Hands down great company and service

aside from a time issue, where the claim was submitted and the dealership had to wait almost 10 days before Discount ESP responded, but everything was covered and eventually the bike was fixed.

I have not had to use the warranty process and hope I don’t have to. I went with DiscountEsp after reading many reviews. My sales representative, Devin Cardozo, was excellent to work with and provided the necessary information I requested to make a decision on purchasing the warranty.
