THE PACKAGE WAS STAMPED "MADE IN CHINA" - hence not "retiring" after a lifetime of work..but buying from China and reselling to stupid AMERICANS who do not care about the quality of items!

They always informed me the current location of my order. I felt confident that they were always checking my rings to be sure it was perfect. When the eternal radiance diamond ring set came, I was more than happy when I see it. Just as described and beautiful!

Shipping was extremely slow. Products looked good when they arrived, but quickly turned green and I couldn’t wear them. Cheaply made. I wouldn’t order again.

Sad, very sad. Purchased a pair of earrings that were described as antique turquoise for $37. Too good to be true, I know. They were plastic, $3 worth at a craft store. I requesteded a full refund. They first offered me 10%, then 20% to keep the item. Then, I requested a full refund a third time. They granted it, but the address to send the item back is in China (not Illinois as advertised). Cost to return The item falls on me and with tracking is $30. Fake company, fake advertising. Should be outlawed. Lesson learned. Buy nothing on the internet from an unknown company that looks too good to be true, “Closing our doors, many pieces at unbelievable prices.’ All fake.

My wife loved the earrings so much! She smiles every time she thinks about it. Quality was perfect, nothing out of place. The customer service was great. They are very helpful and very entertaining. I made the payment and then they ship it right away. Delivery was very quick once you placed your order. Nothing but good things.

Don't buy from this company. They are not from Italy they are made in Japan. They claim 100% refund if not satisfied but make it difficult and offered me 10% refund. The ring i got i wouldn't pay $10 bucks for. Cheap!

Very poor quality. Deceptive advertising. Gumball machine merchandise. Shipped from China. Not worth the effort to return- which is probably intentional. Just don’t fall for it. $99 for pieces of junk

The quality of all the jewelry pieces I have received are great. They don’t tarnish or turn your skin green and I love how unique all the pieces are. They look very vintage and elegant. Shipping isfast too. No long waiting time.

I received my Avalore jewelry 3 1/2 weeks after ordering not in a few days like the ad boasted. I will not try to return as I have discovered it’s not worth the effort.

The quality of the jewelry is definitely not handmade in the lovely little retiring couples shop. The gold pieces are very shiny & lightweight - not at all like they looked in the ad. The silver turquoise also

looked very cheap.
