i’ve been buying from avalore jewelry for years! they’re my go to shop for my daily jewelry. everything i wear on a daily basis is from avalore jewelry.

I received my Avalore jewelry 3 1/2 weeks after ordering not in a few days like the ad boasted. I will not try to return as I have discovered it’s not worth the effort.

The quality of the jewelry is definitely not handmade in the lovely little retiring couples shop. The gold pieces are very shiny & lightweight - not at all like they looked in the ad. The silver turquoise also

looked very cheap.

I give this Avaolore jewelry store a 5 star because first of all the quality of the chain was very beautiful and they have a great customer service

They try to give you a 10 -20 % to keep the items you DONT want....if you dont keep them they send you a CHINA return address which cost as much a the item. Their refund is BS. So, either way you get screwed out of money....I would NOT buy from them EVER AGAIN. I assume that's why they are going out of business... They show several US addresses...but they want you to send it to CHINA......

The pieces I ordered did not look like the pictures online. I felt scammed. Poor quality of work (looks very cheap). Someone responded to my emails after 4 attempts, but NO direct contact. They were advertising that the husband had passed away and she could no longer operate the business alone. (Disgusting). I will NEVER order again.

Ordered a few pieces for the first time and will be ordering again. I even show it with all of my friends. The quality and overall presentation will make you want to continue buying more.

I haven’t experienced any discoloration or green marks on my skin, even when I’m sweating. The jewelry makes me feel stylish and elegant, I express my personal style through the pieces I chose.

Received my order today. It is cheaply made and jewelry I might give my five year old granddaughter to wear. Very disappointed that I got ripped off again.

Its a scam site. They do not give you the jewlery they show in the photo. Its a cheep version. Like it came from a bubble gum machine. Stay clear away from this site. Keep your money secure deep in your own pocket. Don't waste your money. I bought a necklace. Cheep as a dollar item. I was exstreamly upset with the cheep material and quality. I reached out to the company. All they stated, they were were sad I wasn't happy with the necklace. They didn't fix the issue. They are scamming people with cheep item version.

SCAM Alert.. There is no way to contact the customer service department. I immediately wanted to change my order after I pressed the order button. I found a phone number which was bogus. I contacted them by email 5 times with no response. They finally responded to the 6th email the next day stating that they couldn't help me.
I doubt I will get what I ordered. Delivery date is 2 weeks from now.
I feel I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

My necklace and earrings arrived quickly, Iselotte Verdain Jewelry Set and are very good quality. It haven’t turned my neck or ears green and i do shower with the earrings.

I saw Avalore on tik tok I purchase bracelet and earing for the first time. It came and okay.
Second time I order from the same place, I have mixed feelings when I open the package. I decide to take it to jewelry shop to test them. Find out they are not real gold, not hand made as they advertise. I reached out to customer service I was asked to send pictures of the jewelry. I sent pictures of all the 10 pieces of rubbish that was sent to me.
Customer service apologize and offer 20% of my purchase. Not good experience.

They go under different names and say they are going out of business, the pieces are truly junk beware if something is to good to be true.
