I believe this place is a scam, i have blown my money [more fool me], the items i got were very poorly made no marking on them. I am very disappointed in them as they looked so nice on line i would not recommend this website as they are not honest in their advertising or their products. I believe i could get better products else at a much cheaper price. the quality was what you would expect in a cracker box. Shame on them....

I ordered a pair of earrings from this scam company thinking it was owned by the cute couple in the advertisement. They were delivered quickly; however, I could not get them into my pierced ears. The posts are too thick! Trying to return them was a nightmare. Just as others said, had to take a picture to verify before giving me return instructions. Then they started offering 20, 30 and 40% discounts if I just kept the earrings...earrings I couldn't wear! They finally sent me return instructions and the address was in China, had to be in the original shipping materials, and had to pay for tracking! What a joke! I just accepted the 40% discount since returning them to China would probably have cost more. Don't order from this company!

They claim family owned businesses and because closing it down they are selling everything with discounts.NOT TRUE.
You can’t return anything and it is just fraud what they do . Big SCAM.

I am a new customer and purchased a necklace as a gift for my grandmotherr. She has not taken it off since she received it.

They say easy returns. It’s not easy. Returns the picture of La Brea when I got it. It didn’t look like that. I want to exchange it for something else and I had to take a picture. It’s ridiculous. They know my order. Why would I have to take a picture of it? Very bad customer service. I asked for the phone I could text him. The picture was a sign of five times. They never gave me the phone number. They were no help at all and they said easy returns. It’s not easy returns. I won’t have to take a picture for easy returns. They know my order number. They know what to watch. I just wanted to exchange it for something else. Very very bad customer service. I have friends who wanted to buy from them. I just don’t not good customer service.

My first order included two earrings Vintage gold and diamond earrings and Vintage Gold Pearl Earrings. I received good quality so far.

I fell for the internet scam. I ordered some earrings and a set of bracelets. They're pretty, but not the handmade high quality as portrayed on their advertisments. It's okay costume jewelry. They shipped from China not from the US and came in plastic bags not boxes.

I bought my wife some Avalore Jewelry. Ring's are beautiful, elegant!
