Please stay away from this company.
They claim family owned businesses and because closing it down they are selling everything with discounts.NOT TRUE.
You can’t return anything and it is just fraud what they do . Big SCAM.

So far I’ve been wearing my bracelet for over a month with no tarnish and it doesn’t turn your skin green. Cannot wait to start building my collection!

It has beautiful color small stones. I love that i don’t have to take it
off when i shower. I love it!

I am a new customer and purchased a necklace as a gift for my grandmotherr. She has not taken it off since she received it.

They say easy returns. It’s not easy. Returns the picture of La Brea when I got it. It didn’t look like that. I want to exchange it for something else and I had to take a picture. It’s ridiculous. They know my order. Why would I have to take a picture of it? Very bad customer service. I asked for the phone I could text him. The picture was a sign of five times. They never gave me the phone number. They were no help at all and they said easy returns. It’s not easy returns. I won’t have to take a picture for easy returns. They know my order number. They know what to watch. I just wanted to exchange it for something else. Very very bad customer service. I have friends who wanted to buy from them. I just don’t not good customer service.

My first order included two earrings Vintage gold and diamond earrings and Vintage Gold Pearl Earrings. I received good quality so far.

BUYER BEWARE. purchase from lovely couple going out of business. NOT an upscale store as represented in ads. Very extremely cheap junk. Comes from a China warehouse using deceptive advertising.
Refunds are impossible unless you opt to pay $134 id's to china. 2.2 oz.pkg. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. CHEAP JUNK jewelry.

I fell for the internet scam. I ordered some earrings and a set of bracelets. They're pretty, but not the handmade high quality as portrayed on their advertisments. It's okay costume jewelry. They shipped from China not from the US and came in plastic bags not boxes.

I bought my wife some Avalore Jewelry. Ring's are beautiful, elegant!

I got mine today and they’re beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is great, especially for the price.

I absolutely adore my vintage gold and diamond earrings. They have such a timeless, elegant look without feeling too flashy, and the quality feels wonderful. The updates after ordering were clear, so I always knew where my parcel was.

They arrived beautifully packaged, which made opening them feel really special. I first came across Avalore through Facebook and I’m genuinely so pleased I decided to order.

I purchased two rings. They say their jewelry is hand made with quality materials. That is a lie. One of the rings I purchased was a total piece of garbage. Looked nothing like the picture. The gold came off within 2 weeks of purchase. The other ring I ordered they sent the wrong size. Took a few weeks to get the correct size. Th quality looked better than the other ring but I’ve been wearing it for a few days and the gold color is starting to look coppery. So this is not quality handmade jewelry. I bought one of the rings from another company (Jula Jewelry) and it was the same exact piece of garbage ring. So save your money because these companies are fake. They’re also out of China so it costs more to return it than you paid for it.

Looks can be deceiving… especially online! Although they claim to do easy returns, I wished to exchange a purchase for a size smaller and they say it’s my fault so they will not exchange! I did not ask to just return. This is why online retailers get a bad reputation (except Amazon who will r process exchange or return quickly & efficiently, for any reason! They deserve to go out of business… and they are!

When i received the earrings they were nothing like the color i purchased. Avalore made it impossible to return. They wanted a picture sent to them of the earrings which i tried to do several times and it would not go through before i could send them back. Never heard of such a thing. I finally gave up after 7 times of trying. Very frustrating to get no help from them. Very unhappy about keeping the earrings. The ones i purchased were colorful. The ones i received are brown.

I purchased four products from this company and was noticed the jewelry tarnished and turned my finger green in 4 days. When I reached out to return they said it is not policy although they never listed that online. They then offered a 30% refund but ended up refunding less that 10%. Awful communication and a scam company. I am reporting them to the bank.

5/9/26 UPDATE: Just wanted to share the rest of the story on this return debacle: After much dialogue I finally received the written instruction for returning the jewelry. Couple of points to emphasize:
1. Their ad claims each piece is handmade and implies it’s made by them in the US. WRONG; it’s made in China and all returns must go back to China
2. They instruct their clients to commit a federal crime! Their written instruction to me was to claim no more than $5 per item and a likewise nominal price for the overall value of the packaged jewelry. This was to avoid paying additional taxation for customs and or tariffs. I was stunned This is a federal crime called tax evasion and is prosecutable and subject to prison time. It doesn’t matter the value of the items you are underestimating the crime is that you are intentionally doing it. I can’t believe a company that is reputable would tell in writing their clients to commit a federal crime it is just dispicable.
Don’t purchase from them no matter how good it looks on the screen remember they us A.I. to enhance their photos, they don’t honor their return policy and worst of all they instruct you to commit a crime. Good Grief!

Be careful before placing an order! After much consideration, researching reviews and reading their return policy I selected 4 pieces I really loved. Shipping was fairly quick and I was appreciative of that. However, that was the end of me being satisfied. Of the 4 items I chose only the earrings were of good quality. The other 3 items did not resemble the online photos or descriptions in the least. The bracelet gold toned and stated to be gold plated is weird orangy -yellow that is clearly fake and the detail in the “diamonds” was completely missing it looks awful!. The gold colored ring that had intricate weaving rimmed on each side of the band with “diamonds” looks like lumpy gold colored metal, the 3rd piece which a wedding set is just gaudy, and the solitaire protrudes so far out it looks out of balance. The only saving grace were the earring that are gold tone and have baguette “diamonds” looks very nice. This is the piece of jewelry they often use in their ads. So being very disappointed I contacted customer support as instructed by their return policy to initiate the process of return/refund. I have been in back and forth emails with them for several days. Provided them requested pics of packaging, and individual items. Their response is that they ONLY do returns with damaged items which is NOT what their return policy states. I usually don’t write disparaging reviews but people need to be aware this is not an honest or reputable vendor and you would be better served not purchasing anything from Avalore Jewelry. I sent them a copy of their return policy and requested they address the issue and resolve my return / refund request . . I am still waiting. If I don’t have an response by the end of the week I will dispute this charge on my credit card. Save yourself the grief and do NOT purchase from this vendor unless you are willing to pay for and live with very poor quality junk jewelry that drugs stores wouldn’t sell.
