Very professional service and high quality products.
Would recommend for anyone looking for supportive office equipment.

I had a chair delivered and set up to my needs in my home which was arranged through my work at first I was a bit sceptical of how it was going to work but the delivery driver was so friendly and caring he took his time explaining everything and setting the chair exactly to how I need it.
The customer service team who contacted me to arrange delivery were so helpful and explained everything to me also.

We first met Oliver Jones from Back Care Solutions at a Health and Safety Conference, and his friendly yet professional manner stood out right from the start. Since then, we’ve used their DSE services several times and placed multiple orders for equipment — and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Everything, from placing the orders to receiving them, has been incredibly smooth and easy. We really appreciate the personal touches too, such as the helpful emails keeping us updated on our order and delivery. Items always arrived quickly, and we even received follow-up messages to make sure everything was okay. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and always willing to offer alternative equipment suggestions that suit the user’s needs and budget. He also recently attended our Employee Health and Safety Day, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive — several employees mentioned how helpful and knowledgeable he was.

The DSE assessments we’ve had have also been of a very high standard. From booking appointments to the clarity and quality of the reports, the whole process is handled with care. Employees are treated with respect and sensitivity, and are put at ease throughout the assessment. The reports are detailed yet easy to understand, both for us and for the employee, and the recommended items are always appropriate — there’s no hard sell or pushing unnecessary equipment, which we’ve unfortunately experienced with other providers in the past.

Overall, the service, delivery, and quality of both the products and the support we receive have been excellent. The teams we interact with are always professional, supportive, and approachable. I’d happily recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality DSE services and workplace solutions.

I didn't think a DSE could be carried out effectively online. However, the way the assessment was carried out, was so thorough and i was left shocked at how the assessor showed me how bad my posture was. I was reassured about what i needed in real time and the received a 360 assessment of my workstation. I would recommend this to anyone.

I can confirm that I am very happy with the service we received from BCS. The product arrived quickly, it was easy to install and did the job I needed it to do.

The sales support was helpful and was reassuring to have it confirmed that the equipment would work with the existing chair.

Received a sitting/standing desk which was delivered and assembled quickly. A demonstration was given how to use the desk and information given if there were any future problems.

I have access to work support and without the tools from Back Care solutions I would be unable to perform the daily tasks of my job. Excellent well rounded equipment that is produced to the highest degree

Great service with my work place assessment. Was given an appointment to suit the needs of the business. The man carrying out the assessment was friendly and polite, the telephone team have also been great when I’ve had to call them.

This is the company my work used to organise my sit/stand desk and ergonomic chair, as I have back problems. The company was very communicative, and all the staff I have dealt with were friendly and professional. Absolutely no complaints at all.

In September 2025. I placed an order for an ergonomic chair. In all honesty, I’ve only got positive comments to note. From placing the order, it took a couple of days for the delivery date to be confirmed, which was amazing, as the chair had been purchased for home use. The same correspondence confirmed the technician’s name, who set up the ergonomic chair, as well as other general information.

On the day of delivery I contacted logistics to confirm arrangements were still going ahead, and they responded within the hour, clarifying the delivery time slot.

I can’t sing the technician’s praises enough, he was friendly and polite, demonstrating how to use the chair, should I wish to alter any of the elements in the future. Once set up, he ensured I was comfortable in the chair, and happy with the current settings, which I was. The technician was super helpful, a real asset to Back Care Solutions, nothing was too much trouble!

As far as I know this is the only company that makes made to measure customised chairs. It gives accessibility to work for people that require this.
