Andy was very polite and friendly, he ran over the reason for the assessment, the types of things that would be discussed and remained professional throughout. Andy listened to my current health issues and difficulties and was able to provide practical solutions and ideas to support my injuries. The assessment was very detailed and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you for looking at ways to support me and not just ticking a "one size fits all" box.

The representative from the company visited me at home to conduct the assessment and was friendly, polite, and professional. The appointment was very efficient and the representative made all the necessary arrangements for a swift solution to my issue.

I cannot fault their customer service. I needed some advice, which was given very quickly and was very helpful. I did not feel that they were trying to sell to me, but rather giving recommendations which could assist.

From ordering to delivery the service was amazing

The chair was purchased through Access to Work. The team were helpful in delivering the chair when convenient for me. Furthermore, they were so helpful when the Assessor and DWP couldn't get the order correct, Back Care Solutions took the time to resolve the problem. When Derek (I think his name was) delivered and fitted the arms, he was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were amazing from beginning to end.

I've had a great experience with Back Care Solutions so far. Derek who came out to assess my physical mobility issues and my requirements was great. Really friendly, courteous and respectful. He explained everything and gave me practical suggestions to help me. And Zaayna on the telephone was also very helpful. So, so far, so good! I'll add another review once my new furniture has been delivered and set up.

The technician who came to discuss my requirements and measure me for the chair was really thorough, and considered some things that I hadn't thought about. He also made some really good suggestions. The turn around for delivery was really quick, and the demonstration of the various features and how to adjust the chair was really thorough. The chair is so comfortable and a definite upgrade!
