    Colis non reçu

    Colis non reçu ! Il est arrivé depuis le 23 janvier au Sénégal et on est le 16 février et il n'y a plus de mouvement chez DHL. Et réponse non satisfaisante du service client qui n'en a rien à faire de cette situation !

    Update: the product arrived

    I ordered flags and patch stickers on 1st February 2026 to be delivered to my address in London, although their website says UK delivery 3-7 business days. It’s been 10 business days and the product is still hasn’t left the country of origin according to DHL tracking. I emailed Backflags.com two days ago and they didn’t even respond.
    Update 20/02/2026
    I messaged them again via their website and they replied the next day on Monday 16/02/26 saying they would look into it. They came back and said it was sent to a different country by the courier by mistake and offered to send it again or a refund. I asked for the items I ordered and it arrived on Friday 20/02/26. The quality of the flags is actually really good.

    Nunca recibí mi bandera

    Solicite mi bandera el 25 de diciembre , tengo 1 mes esperando y no me ha llegado , el estatus en la paquetería está congelado, soy de México, nadie le ha dado seguimiento a la llegada de mi bandera, se entiende que el envío sea internacional pero ya di por perdida mi compra
