No updates about where my order is!
It's been over 3 weeks since I made an order on the Ozzy Osbourne UK store website and paid for tracked shipping. I have not had any real update as to where my order is.
One email I received on 11/12/22 said that it would be shipped out in the next 5 working days (16/12/12 being the 5th working day), yet I am still waiting.
Since then I keep getting generic responses that say 'only respond if your query wasn't answered', to which I reply, only to get the same generic response! I then received another response which was exactly the same as the one I received on 11/12/22.
Please can someone respond to me urgently!

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!
Placed order Nov 23rd. Requested numerous updates re shipping & received generic responses only. Have since requested full refund for goods not delivered & requests have been ignored completely. Appalling level of customer service & artists should have more accountability for who they contract their merchandising to. Guilty by association!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Ordered some items at the start of Aug 2022, one item said it was on back order so would be shipped out from end of Aug 2022, i was happy to wait. I then realised it was nearing the end of September and had not heard anything, I spoke to the live chat and they said to wait two weeks for a dispatch email. After 2 weeks i heard nothing and so i emailed their customer service to chase. From then until the end of November i had back and forth excuses for why my order had not been processed. This ended up in another product i ordered being out of stock and so they said they will not send any of the items out until that item is back in stock as they don't send separate orders, but they could not tell me when the item would ever be back in stock. In the end i settled for getting a refund for the out of stock item for them to send the remaining 2 items. a week of so after my refund i receive my order from Back street, however instead of the Harry styles top I order I received a Little Mix top. The customer service up until this point was already shocking as it would take days/weeks to get a response and i was always given the same automatic/bot response or given excuses if an actual human answered. I was not happy about being sent the wrong item after all the trouble i went through with them and emailed again with my complaint and disappointment for the wrong item being sent, only then did I get an apology but they asked me to compromise with them as I asked them for some type of compensation for how poorly they treated the situation and the fact it took now nearly 5 months for me to receive the complete wrong order, as a good will gesture to try and compensate me for them keeping my money for so long. I didn't receive any reply for 2/3 days so email again and was given a bot response saying that my order has been processed but i have never fully agreed to the replacement top due to not being able to trust them to send out the correct one. After countless emails i asked for an email or contact number for someone higher up so i could complain about the service and i got ignored again and sent another bot email. Never had to deal with such poor customer service and they really don't seem to want to help or resolve any issues. And clearly they seem to get a lot of bad reviews for people experiencing the same. Next time i will check what supplier artists use before i consider buying there merch, if it is Backstreet merch i will completely avoid.

I ordered a Griff pullover from her UK store. I live in Germany and obviously it was delivered from the UK. It took under a week for it to arrive and they shipped it within a day or two. I have had very bad experience with the Taylor Swift store in the UK as a lot of their stuff gets lost or is delayed or whatever, but this was a pleasant experience. On top of it I didn't have to pay customs and even though it went through normal mail it didn't even take a week to arrive. I know experiences with merch orders can vary heavily but on top of this Anya, who answered me about a tracking number was also really really nice. The only thing I have to critise is that the answer took a bit long because I asked for the shipping number immediately after I received the email that it had been shipped but the answer came about a week later when I had already received my package. So therefore, only four stars. But altogether a very great experience.

Still Awaiting A Reply
This is my second experience ordering from Backstreet Merch's RuneScape store. The first time I ordered from this store, my experience was fantastic! The customer service team was very helpful and communicative, and my order arrived on, or around the estimated deliver date. Everything went smoothly and accordingly; however, this time around, it has been fairly disappointing. I placed an order, totaling nearly $200 for Christmas gifts for myself, my friends, and family. I made sure to place the order well in advance, on November 17th, in order to get these items in time for Christmas. It has been nearly a month now since I placed my order, and I still haven't heard anything regarding my order. I sent an email to their customer service team on December 7th, and I am still yet to hear back from them regarding the status of my order. I understand that Christmas time can be very busy due to the influx of orders; however, their customer service page states that they typically respond within 24 hours. It has now been just over four days since I sent my email to their customer service team. I forwarded my order number as well as the entire order summary to the customer service email in hopes of hearing some sort of response regarding my order status. I am still hoping that my order will arrive sometime within the next twelve days, or that I can at least hear back from them. If it's going to be delayed, that is okay — I would just like to know, at the very least.
EDIT: I just received a response! My order is now being part-shipped to me due to an item being out of stock. Delays were made due to strikes going on in the UK postal service. Thank you, Marco, for updating me about my order. I have bumped my rating up from 2-stars to 4-stars.

AVOID BUYING THERE OR FACE STRESS
I ordered a MEGADETH IPHONE 5/5S CASE but I received a totally different case with a totally different graphic on it . The quality also is very poor. Sincerely is terrible, otherwise I would keep it.
I paid 8,61 GBP plus a Rate for conversion of e-money, hence it was 10,31 EUR.
The item was delivered with the cheapest service with no tracking number in around 2 weeks.
I asked PayPal for help but, in order to receive this refund, I need to ship the item back to the seller by 17 December 2022, which is impossible since I´m in Germany and we´re close to Xmas.
Also the seller demands that I need to pay again the shipping costs, but this time with a tracking number which is around 5€, so from those 10€, I´ll only get 5€.
This is unfair and it´s common practice from dishonest sellers that expect you to quit the case so they can keep the money and it was him who sent a wrong item in this case

Quick response, very understanding, helpful and kind customer service. I had to cancel one of my orders last minute, but they were very understanding and promised me a full refund.
And a previous order of mine just arrived, and I’m 100% satisfied with it. One of the best companies I’ve ever ordered from, I would absolutely recommend them. :)

The worst shopping experience ever
The worst shopping experience in over 20 years of online shopping. And never received item is not the worst part. Their bot customer service, constant lying and delaying in sending replacement is outrageous. Tried shopping twice. Ether never received package or order cancelled for no reason. Never again even if you sold exclusive!

Ordered The Car by Arctic Monkeys and it did not arrive, after a Month of Delay the package was marked as Lost so I've opted for shipping replacement, however after seller reassured that I want replacement and not refund, they stopped responding to my mails and replacement was never sent.
