Adele was amazing throughout the process of us finding our flat! She was prompt in her replies and was very helpful and professional overall!

From the initial viewings with Alan, the negotiations with Tiffany and the final steps with Michelle, this whole renting process has been perfect. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and efficient in replies. They also provided any information I needed extremely quickly. An excellent and easy process from start to finish. I couldn't be happier.

This is the first time we rent out a flat and choosing the agent is simply because of the location of office. Having worked them in the last few weeks, I’m very impressed how they are working as a team to support my letting- there is a dedicated person in different areas but all up to speed with things, I’m extremely pleased with my agent Tiffany, who is supper responsible and reliable She helped me to sort out issues around the flat, keep me updated on the progress and responded swiftly when I had any questions. I would definitely recommend her and B&C to anyone.

Throughout a prolonged and difficult sale Tiffany was always positive and helpful and always gave us sound advice. She also looked after our buyer who was also frustrated by the shenanigans of our leaseholders and his solicitors. Happy to say that we finally exchanged and completed on the sale and made it to our new home with just days to spare.

A smooth and easy process. The experience was seamless from the start to finish. Tiffany accommodated an early viewing outside of her usual working hours. Very straight talking, no nonsense. Tiffany didn't bombard me with property outside of my criteria or chosen area, this is a rarity as I have been treated differently by every single estate agency. The Goodlord reference process is User friendly and so is the the service with B&C. Recommended agents!

January 2024: Michelle is friendly, polite and extremely reliable!

December 2025 Update: Can't say the same of the team we're dealing with now. They seem to read every other email, send conflicting information, don't check in with contractors... Hopefully they get better.

It was great to have Adele showing me the flat, really professional and answered all my questions.
