I rented an apartment with B&C properties for nearly 2 years and the level of their service is very good.
They are always very supportive and helpful.

Tiffany helped us and found as quick resolutions to all our needs while we were looking for an apartment. She has a real down to earth honesty and always offered her door open to questions and concerns outside of normal hours

Letting my flat with B&C has been a breeze, Tiffany has been fantastic at getting me/my flat sorted and so helpful along the way. Massive plus; she found great tenants who were able to move in seamlessly once I vacated.

At a time where I couldn’t find a good apartment fit, quality, pricing and location wise. Tiffany (the real estate agent) went above and beyond to find me places that fit the very selective criteria I set out and she ensured that the process ran smoothly and was very time efficient.

I used B&C for a number of years to let and manage my property. The experience has been great. The letting team worked efficiently to find me quality tenants and the property management team has been a great help to resolve all sorts of property problems swiftly. When I decided to sell the property, it is natural to go with this good agent. Again, service was excellent. The sale process was long these days but the sale manager Tiffany was excellent in managing the whole process with effective communication with all parties. The completion of sale can’t happen with her.

Overall, highly recommended agent for both letting and sale!
