What a fantastic ordering and delivery process you have. I ordered a gravel bike on the 2nd Dec 25 and it arrived today on the 4th Dev 25 before lunch time......class.

I'm yet to properly inspect and ride the bike I've chosen and it's a Trek Checkpoint ALR 3 in a Carmine (very deep red). It looks great.

The delivery driver was very helpful and made sure that I was set up before he left me.

Thank you for making my purchase hassle free and very quick.

Everyone was very helpful and my wheel was available to be collected on the Saturday as promised.

Reigate were an excellent store to deal with, order a bike over the phone the store were very helpful.

Super quick delivery and when I had a slight issue with a deposit refund it was sorted the same day after a phone call.

Bit of a dualistic atmosphere in there, the sales process was fine up until I went to collect my bike. It felt like my bike was being held ransom for some perhaps misunderstanding? To give you an idea: One salesman who’s name began with an “M” said, (as I was walking around with my coffee) “it’s not your’s until we’ve completed the pdi” but then proceeded to chat away to someone else while 2 other staff members were available but not going to sign me off (fine with that). About 90 minutes later, when the pdi was completed. I courteously pointed out some play between the front rotor and the wheel. While showing one of the techs what I meant, another younger chap (who’d been hiding in the corner the whole 90 minutes) came over and said I was breathing down their necks and that he’d rather refund me than diagnose the issue (this was entirely his idea). He eventually yielded (not without rude protest) to remove the wheel, inspect the rotor and re-torque it but in doing so, threw the disassembled components on the bench in a foul mood. For the first time this made me, as a customer, feel quite unsafe. And it left an impression that lasted long enough for me to want to leave this review when asked.
