A huge Thank you to Eddie from the ballymore aftercare team. He came over a sI had issues with my dishwasher. He kindly explained the issue, gave some tricks on the washer and i found out my water wasnt switched for the dishwasher hence why it wasnt working. Thank you so much Eddie! Really appreciated your help!!

Now my flat is warm again. Eddie is always very friendly and helpful. He knows everything about GLH’s apartment. His professional experience is keeping GLH well maintained. Ben responds quickly and fully to our enquiries. Nothing is too much. Very happy with his service. Down to earth, too. I have very much enjoyed working with him and the team.

I was very pleased by my experience from the purchase to the completion, all was very smooth and the team was always very helpful. I would especially like to thank Emily Donoghue for her support and help, she was great, always willing to help, keeping me informed and quickly replying to my questions!

Rebecca was great throughout the whole completion process, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was careful and had a personal touch to it.

Overall very good experience! All representatives are very friendly, prompt in their responses and ready to help at all times.

Prea post moving in, the in house team have all been incredibly helpful and whenever anything has been within their control they've helped with massively, be that the move and the little issues with the new flat (which are expected) .

The team at the Brentford Project always made me feel valued and included. I would particularly like to mention the big part Emily Donaghue played in this and to thank her for the friendly and caring touch she showed.

We recently completed on a property in Brentford and were impressed with not just the overall specification and quality of build but the customer care experience, which has been exceptional. Our contact Rebecca has provided us with regular updates throughout and has made the period between exchange and completion a smooth experience.

Really helpful team that helped guide me though the proceses. Great as a first time buyer when everything feels very overwhelming. Emily was fantastic - really approachable and around to talk whenever I needed her.

Awful experience.
Flat wired incorrectly paying neighbour bill for 3 years.
Faulty hot water system on and off.
Remote software upgrades turn heating on when out of home and mess with settings.
Staff are not trained appropriately. Data breaches.
Worst 2 women murdered next door to me in adjoining block.

The day is finally arrived, I have received the keys of my flat! Very happy of the communication throughout the completion phase, and the support of Emily from the completion team has been stellar!

Nothing but trouble since I've moved into over 3 years ago. High service charges for nothing. Issues with the building constantly but no one to talk to or get hold of. When you do finally get through to someone they either have no clue what to do or they treat you like dirt. It's all sunshine and daisies to get you in and as soon as you're in they don't care about anything you have to say.
All in all they are a scumbag company with some absolute pigs working for them.
