Shipping is too $$$ and shoes should fit true to size
I am not excited to read that shoes are not true to size and not knowing if a marching band shoe will fit should necessitate the option to return a shoe that does not fit. Ordering an ill fitted shoe for something like marching band where they spend many hours practicing and performing isn't good!
Your shipping rates are atrocious. $20 to ship a pair of $47 shoes these days is crazy.

You have what I was told to buy, and the size i need. However your shipping rates are crazy. In a world of free shipping I would definitely choose to shop elsewhere given the choice.

Customer prefers a little more proactive service…
Site states that it takes 1-3 business days to ship out. Site never stated part of the order was out of stock, or it wouldn’t let you order the item. It took 3 weeks before reaching out to them, then I was informed that the cord I had ordered was on back order and it could take another week to get in. Another 2 weeks go by and I had to reach out again, and I was then told that my tracking had been lost and never uploaded to see where or even if it had ever left the warehouse. Eventually nearly 7 weeks later the item finally came in and thankfully before my son needed it at school. The communication was ok but only after I had to reach out each time. My son was happy, but I was very nearly ready to cancel the order several times during this entire process. If this is how it continues I would definitely prefer not to have to order anything from here ever again.

Love the products…but the shipping…
Love the products…the ground residential shipping cost was a DOLLAR less than the product! Fingerless guard gloves 17.95, Shipping 16.95!!!! United States Postal Service grounded advantage will ship lightweight packages under 10 pounds with rates starting at $5.85. UPS ground shipping 1 to 5 pounds is between eight to $14 and is charged by distance. You have over 5K reviews and a large number of poor reviews stem from shipping costs and issues. Seems like this definitely an area of improvement that could help increase satisfaction and sales….

high shipping costs
I ordered a total of 16 flags and the shipping total was $80. To me that seems way to high for such a lightweight package. I called and was told it was based on purchase price and not on weight. The products are great, but the shipping is prohibitive.

False promise of shipping timeframe
4 days ago I placed my order and paid 75.00 for NEXT DAY AIR shipping.
I still have NOT received my order. It is expected to deliver here today, FOUR DAYS post order date. 3 days post shipment promise.
I will change my rating if my 75.00 shipping fee is reimbursed to me.
My order should have arrived on Sunday. Not Tuesday.
I paid for the higher price as this was urgently needed.
You have NOT honored your shipping promise of NEXT DAY AIR.

I understand. Thank you for your explanation. However, your company did not state "next business day air" it stated several shipping options to choose from, about 4 or 5 options, which was actually wonderful! Standard ground, faster ground, air options too, and I selected the fastest option available, as it stated "next day air". With all the breakdowns listed as options, along with the timeframes, next day air seemed like it was actually going to be handled right then, for next day, as that was what the higher shipment rate was covering...(presumably) Not noted was 'next "business" day air'.
As a courtesy, you might think about noting that for future orders, to clear up any confusion with expectations.
