Wonderful Human customer service
Wonderful Human customer service! It is always so appreciated and special. They are patient, informative and helpful. My only disappointment is that the interest rate drop on the jumbosavings isn't as competitive as other brick & mortar banks where it was when I signed up over a year ago.

beneficiary setup
It is very difficult to set beneficiaries for my bank5 connect accounts. They also allow only one beneficiary.

Large Check Deposit
I first chatted about getting permission to deposit a large check. Said ok. The day I received the large check I had to call Bank 5 to get permission to deposit because it wasn’t working per the chat. Once I got permission the deposit went through flawlessly.
