My issue was not resolved. I was told I would get a call back. I am still waiting 3 days later.

When you don't need help or to talk to anyone this bank is fine. Their rates are ok and no fees. However, their customer service is terrible and their website is aweful. First, you must accept their cookies in order to log into your account. Second, you cannot use Zelle to receive money. You will get an error message saying to call their customer support line, wait on hold for 10+ minutes then they will just tell you to figure it out on your own.

From what I have read and also from s ok me time I checked the bank out everything I ng seems alright so I would definitely use their services

Would have been 5 stars because the customer service was great and it was so much easier and convenient to do the deposit by picture option, but the 5 day wait actually wound up being 6 days as I had deposited the check on a Monday morning and it hadn’t cleared until the following Tuesday.

The customer service is very polite and precise. They know what to do for the account and execute fixing the problem right away.

The 2% APY on the checking account is excellent, but the overall banking experience falls short. The mobile app is very basic and lacks essential features like card management, so you can't lock your card or report it lost or stolen through the app. Zelle also isn't available until about a month after opening the account, which is inconvenient. Customer service responds in a timely manner and usually resolves issues, but the representatives can come across as a bit rude. Another downside is that there is no way to deposit cash directly through an ATM. Finally, the bank's loan-to-deposit ratio is around 103%, which may be a consideration for some customers. Overall, I'd rate Bank5 Connect 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I was impressed with the level of potential fraud detection. A simple phone call cleared up an issue detected by your system.

I appreciate the fact that every time I have to call the bank to get information - a REAL person is there with easy to understand details - quickly and a wonderful sense of humor ... no drawn out wait times or insistent AI that won't get me to a live human. A rare experience right now - and a hugely welcome one. Thank you!!

I like this bank, I've been with them for years. They just need to find a way to authenticate when payments come in from other states. Maybe inside the app, one can open the state or country of choice when payments need to go through. Having to contact the Bank all the time is a bit of a pain. But overall, it's a good bank.

Our representative could not help me verify my account. He offered absolutely no solutions and acted like he didn’t care about our experience in the least bit. I was tempted to close my account because of how awful the customer service was
