I recently sold my vehicle directly to Bank Street Mazda.

The transaction itself went smoothly initially, but an issue came up afterward regarding the final loan payoff and the amount paid by the dealership. My bank confirmed that there is a discrepancy compared with what was agreed upon in the signed Bill of Sale.

The issue itself could probably be resolved very easily. What has been extremely disappointing is the lack of communication afterward.

I've emailed Wael multiple times without receiving a response. I've also called the dealership, left my contact information, contacted the sales manager and submitted a request through their website. Despite several attempts over multiple weeks, I still haven't been able to get someone to review the transaction with me or provide an explanation.

I'm now having to escalate the matter simply because I can't get a response.

Be careful if you're considering selling a vehicle directly to Bank Street Mazda.

I'll update this review if the dealership contacts me and resolves the issue.

Sold us a dirty SUV! They promised to detail the car. They didn't even touch the interior. Came to us with sand, crumbs, dirt, dust and hair. Didn't even bother to vacuum the inside. Typical dealer; full of fake smiles and empty promises! They should be ashamed to sell a dirty car, but the truth is they have no integrity at all. We won't be back again.

Be very aware. These guys WILL try to scam you. When I went in for service, their guys tried to tell me that my coil springs were broken and needed replacing. Verified myself and there was no issue. They tried to say the same thing about my break rotors, but you could see clear as day there was nothing wrong. Trying to get you to pay for work that your car doesn't need is FRAUD! There is a reason these guys have an F rating on the BBB. You should consider taking your business elsewhere.
