We’re sorry your Weathered Rabbit arrived damaged. We have shipped more than 1,000 of these pieces using an inner package and protective foam, and this type of damage has been uncommon. Unfortunately, we cannot control how UPS handles packages in transit.

At the time your damage claim was completed, we were out of inventory for the year, so we issued a refund rather than sending a replacement. The $2.98 (not $ 2.97) difference was the VIP Package Protection fee included with your order. This protection is not required—customers must actively check the box at checkout to add it. The fee is nonrefundable and provides coverage for shipping issues without requiring the customer to file a claim directly with the carrier.

We explained this when you contacted us, and you then requested that your account be closed. We simply confirmed that we would honor your request. We regret that you were unhappy, but the review leaves out important details of what occurred.

If you are referring to the email you sent on August 24th at 11:36 PM, that message was sent after our business hours. We responded on August 25th at 10:18 AM, after our office reopened.

In that response, we provided you with the link needed to obtain your FREE return shipping label. In addition, the package delivered to you included return instructions with a QR code that could be scanned to access the free return process if you were not happy with your order. And this information is also listed under "RETURNS" on our website. It cannot be anymore clear.

We have provided you with the information necessary to complete your return. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the instructions provided, read email responses and follow the return process.

We’re sorry you were unhappy with the color of the pillows. The pillows you received are the same style and color shown in our product photos, and we have sold more than 1,000 of this particular pillow with very positive feedback.

Your ReDo Free Returns request was denied because ReDo was not purchased with your original order. This does not mean your return was denied. As explained in the email we sent you, you are still welcome to return the pillows within our posted return period using the carrier of your choice and at your expense.

Our return policy clearly explains that prepaid return labels are only available when ReDo is purchased at checkout. We also provided you with a direct link to that policy.

We asked you to send us photographs of the pillows so we could review your concern regarding the color, but we have not received those photos.

To clarify for anyone reading this review: the customer was not denied the ability to return the pillows. The request for a free return shipping label was denied because that optional service was not purchased with the order. And, you also REFUSE to email us photo's.

We acknowledge that we made an error and shipped the incorrect item, and we apologized to you immediately.

The item you received has a retail value of approximately $150, while the item you originally ordered was approximately $20. We contacted you several times and asked that the incorrect merchandise be returned using the return arrangements we provided. You repeatedly stated that you did not feel you should have to return it because the shipping error was ours.

While we fully accept responsibility for sending the wrong item, the merchandise still needs to be returned. We explained in multiple emails that as soon as UPS confirmed pickup of the incorrect item, we would immediately send the correct $20 item you ordered.

UPS has now attempted pickup at your location twice, but the package has not been collected because no one answered the door.

We have made every reasonable effort to correct our mistake at no cost to you. We simply need the incorrect $150 item returned so we can complete the exchange and send the merchandise originally ordered.

We are sorry you were dissatisfied, but this review does not accurately reflect what occurred.

On July 1, you requested a ReDo prepaid return label. The email containing the label was delivered and opened that same day. The email clearly stated that the label was valid for 7 days, which is a requirement established by the shipping carrier, not by our company.

After eight days passed without the package being shipped, ReDo sent an automatic notice advising that the unused label had expired. You then contacted us and explained that you needed additional time to mail the return. As a courtesy, we contacted ReDo and had the label extended for you.

Once the merchandise was returned, the refund was processed within the timeframe stated in our posted return policy. The return has been completed, and there is no remaining refund or balance owed.

This review does NOT accurately reflect what occurred.

The customer contacted us repeatedly, often daily, requesting updates on the order. Each time, we responded and explained exactly how many business days had passed and confirmed that the order was still scheduled to ship within our clearly posted processing timeframe. She once again sent an email over the weekend asking why it had not shipped - while our office is closed.

The customer then began posting hostile and inappropriate comments on our Facebook page and ad's and stating we refused to respond to her recent email - even though our office was closed and no emails being answered. Due to the continued harassment, we made the decision to cancel the order and sent an email explaining the reason for the cancellation.

Afterward, the customer called our business over and over today while we were helping other customers, despite being informed that the order had already been canceled.

As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse service when communication becomes abusive or harassing - which we opted. The customer was fully refunded and is welcome to purchase from another retailer, but we will not accept future orders from this individual.

Unfortunately, the information in your review is not accurate.

The package was returned because the shipping address provided with your order was not a valid deliverable address. Neither UPS nor USPS can deliver a package to an address that does not exist. This was not a carrier error.

After the package was returned, you contacted us and requested that we reship your $19.99 item. We explained that the original shipment to Washington cost us $14.00 in shipping charges and that, because the incorrect address was entered at checkout, you would need to pay the shipping cost to have the order sent again. Instead, you insisted that we reship it at our expense.

While we are always happy to help our customers, we cannot absorb additional shipping costs that result from an incorrect address provided when the order was placed. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their shipping information is accurate before completing a purchase.

We appreciate the service of all veterans, and we also believe reviews should accurately reflect what occurred by veterans as well and not exaggerate.
