Ich habe für einen hohen Betrag bei Urban kissed eingekauft, die Sendung ist nie angekommen. Der Kundendienst reagiert nicht mehr und ist überhaupt nicht an einer Lösung interessiert. Weder wird die Ware versendet, noch Geld zurück erstattet.

Schöne Auswahl an Produkte. Hatte mir einen Anzug ausgesucht, der wurde mir zugeschickt. Leider war der zu eng und ich hätte ihn eine Nummer größer gebraucht. Wollte ihn nicht behalten und auch nicht bezahlen, also habe ich eine Retoure angemeldet.
Wir haben das via E-Mail bzw. WhatsApp abgewickelt. Da auf der Homepage nur 3 Größen zu Auswahl standen, wurde mir angeboten, für mich eine Nummer größer zu produzieren und der neue Anzug wird mir dann zugeschickt. Da der erste aus der EU kam, dachte ich mir nichts. Keine Rede davon, dass der neue Anzug in Indonesien produziert und von dort aus verschickt wird. Als ich dann die Zollpapiere in der Hand hielt, war ich sehr verärgert darüber - leider habe ich bis heute keine Stellungnahme dazu erhalten - das hinterlässt einen bitteren Beigeschmack. Der Anzug wäre für ein besonderes Ereignis gedacht gewesen, den ich jetzt dafür nicht mehr tragen werde. Tolle Produkte - keine Frage, aber schlechtes Einkaufserlebnis.

Ich habe mich auch durch Face Book leider verleiten lassen die Schuhr zu bestellen. Die ware kam nach ca 2 Wochen.
Habe noch in meinem Leben so schlimme Schuhe an meinen Füßen gehabt..Einfach nur schrecklich..seinen Füßen tut man damit nichts gutes..Kann man nur in die Mülltonne werfen

Die Produkte sind genau wie auf der Homepage beschrieben und absolut jeden Cent wert. Und auch der Service ist wahnsinnig lieb und hilfsbereit! :)

I ordered jeans that didn't fit. Thanks to the great involvement via email, I finally received the perfect jeans! Even though I was late with returning due to a miscommunication, they thought along with me about how we could solve it. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to everyone!

I ordered and received a beautiful pair of Huaraches leather loafers. The craftsmanship is amazing. Was contacted before shipping to make sure I approved of the leather color, and pictures were provided for my approval prior to shipment. Customer care from this company is top notch! Best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time!
