Great company. Arranged super fast swap for bath that was wrong size. Very helpful customer service!

I must be clear in that I have not made a purchase from this company but it's not for the want of trying. I have sent them numerous messages enquiring about a couple of products as I needed some assistance on pricing (the website is unclear). No one had the courtesy to reply to me which is so disappointing and surprising given all of the good reviews they have on here. I can only speak as I find. I will make my purchase elsewhere.

This company's (and Yasser's, in particular) service is outstanding. Not only are the prices very good and the choice is vast, but the customer service, such as help on the phone, easy returns, etc. are without exaggeration the best I have experienced in the UK.

competitive prices and amazing customer service. When the courier damaged our shower tray in transit, Yasser and other staff did everything they could to get a replacement as quickly as possible AND kept us informed really well. Some weeks later Yasser even called to check everything was still ok.

I ordered a sink waste and had help identifying it as the correct part. However it turned out that it wasn’t actually needed and the customer service was excellent- stopping the order and arranging for a refund.

The goods were better priced than anyone else, delivered promptly and on time and received a follow up call to ask how things had gone. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.

Having used Banyo for the first time we were really very pleasantly surprised at the superb customer service and the quality products they offer.
I dealt with Yasser who responded immediately to questions and even sent us a complimentary spare part which our builders lost.

Only ordered a small tube of Remalle but Banyo very kindly tracked the item down (I wasn't expecting to see it for a few days) then phoned me to say it was on the way. All very helpful.

Comparative to other sites, it was by far the best price for the cabinet I ordered. I needed the item delivered to a shipping company to have it sent to me in Portugal. They were very helpful and answered right away. Even called the shipping company to assist. Very good customer service!

Customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. When I called to ask about the arrival of our radiators, Ricky assured me he’d contact the suppliers and follow up. True to his word, he got back to me promptly and arranged next-day delivery for both items from two separate suppliers. This morning, Ricky kindly called again to check if the items had arrived, and I’m pleased to say they had. Both items were in perfect condition, exactly as described, and very competitively priced.

I had a refreshing experience with this company. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was helpful and friendly. They have a wide choice of items that are great quality and competitively priced. The customer service is excellent and Yasser went to great effort to help me get a kitchen sink that I needed urgently. I was able to collect and the gentleman I spoke with was also friendly and helpful carrying heavy and bulky items to the car for me which I really appreciated. The sink is of excellent quality and looks beautiful in my new kitchen- I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the whole process and highly recommended this company.
